Some of the best Spanish food in Central Florida, but service has gone down hill. They claim it’s because of staff shortage, but I’ve been going there for years and the staff seems like it’s the same. The main difference is the owner is no longer working behind the counter. Called today to put an order in and they picked the phone up, hung it up, then let it off the ringer so it gave a busy tone when trying to call back. It was insanely rude. We showed up to see a line past the second door and all of the workers hovering in the cash register area spinning in circles. They used to have an efficient system that kept the line moving, but that doesn’t exist now. Literally no one was being served food. We were on a time crunch so we left. We’re not local, so it’s a good treat when we are heading back from Orlando on I-4. Not worth the hassle though.

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. . We ordered through door dash . I made a order for $99.80 dollars. The food was out of plate looked like I vomited.?My order looked like food for a pig. The food was cold. The shrimp are still frozen. the only good thing was the flan and the canned sodaI called and the manager and she was very rude she hung up the phone. So I had to call for second time and they didn't answer me so I called 3 times but from another number and they answered me for nothing I lost $99. dollars because they didn't give me my money back. I lost my money and I can't eat the food either. They robbed me of my money. ..This was very unprofessional and I will never buy anything else from here !! Super unprofessional

I have to say been going there for years and gradually not liking the food. Today maduros we’re not sweet and very hard. Pork salty and I found a small rock of salt in white rice. They have definitely lost there quality.

We were hungry and on our way to Daytona Beach and chanced upon this Puerto Rican gem. Knew I was In the right place when there were 25 people in front of we two gringo girls. The plantains were the best I have had since a visit to Nicaragua. The staff were friendly as were everyone waiting. Had a bit of trouble figuring out the system since this a local gem but they all helped. Portions so generous that we have enough for another meal. Put this on you stop and visit list.

Great Puerto Rican food at reasonable prices especially since the serving size is very large. I had the pernil, rice and chorizo, and beans. Very good, tasted the chicken, mofongo and sweet plantains too. They were very busy, but the line moves fast. I wish they had pastries too, we went to the bakery and got some guava and cheese puff pastries, wish the bakery was closer or they sold their stuff at lelo.

Food was good. Portions were very large. Service was fairly quick and I went at a busy time. Pretty basic place. Food is at a hot bar line and server scoops what you want when you get to the counter to order. Food was good, not great. Large serving and fountain drink was about, $14.

WOW is all I can say! The amount of food you get in one meal is certainly enough for two to three people! It's is delicious as well! Be prepared to stand in line...you will NOT regret it!

The food is delicious and portions are very big. My first time going, and man I enjoyed it very much, will definitely be making this a favorite.

If your white and do not speak Spanish they will treat you like garbage and rip you off. Charge you individually for items when they have a meal for it. Disgustingly rude and disrespectful which is unfortunate because they do have good food but extremely poor customer service!!!!

The food here (there) is just amazing and the BEST LATIN FOOD BY FAR. I can guarantee you that u will not find any better.
