If I could pick a zero star I would. A gentleman walked in just before us. There were a few women in there talking when we went in, actually sounded like arguing. He walked up to the counter and was told they weren’t taking anyone cause it was shift change. I was like what? Never heard of this. Finally a women asked if any one had pick up orders. After about 5 minutes they take the guys order and he leaves. We waited a bit longer and no one even spoke with us. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Never went there before and will definitely not go again. Will be making a call on Monday.
Went through the drive through and in the evening was nice and late clean everybody had mask on of course not wearing them properly take the mask off people it's time everyone was nice. It was a bunch of young kids working there probably in the twenties so customer service wasn't at the highest but it wasn't that bad like I said the place was well lit it was clean everything looked good she did greet me she told me goodbye have a good one just in a slang kind of 20 year oldish way. Will stop by again.
the food still had flour on it its supposed to be cooked crunchy but was not it only had one side with the batter won't go back
I was so excited because I got a free chicken sandwich if I got $12 worth of food and downloaded the app so I did all that and when I got there everything was ready but when I got home everything doesn't even taste like it used to? I got the original recipe chicken and it doesn't even taste like that at all it tastes like Bland chicken like somebody made it wrong? The only thing that remotely taste like it usually does is the mashed potatoes. So disappointed. Popeyes here on out!
Very disappointing, again! How does this place stay open? . No breasts no wings only thighs and drumsticks for 30 minutes. So one needs to keep up. Went to Popeyes again, becoming first pick !
This is the Most Disgusting KFC that I have EVER Been To. I bet the Floors have Not Been Properly Washed for at Least 5 Years. Did Not Matter where I took a Step, my Feet Instantly Stuck to the Floor. An Empty Trash Bin was Left out in the Middle of the Dining Room. The staff was barely friendly. The Food was Not Fresh at All. I could Not Wait to get out of there.. Attention Upper Management... You Need to Immediately Create a Surprise Inspection of this Store. Health Department will be Contacted...

Our visit today was very pleasant. We dined in and found the seating and tables very clean and non-greasy. The staff was very polite, attentive and offered combo suggestions to help us get more bang for our buck. We enjoyed our meals and were offered to have a great day upon our departure.
I have never been a KFC kind of person. But, I have to admit, the pot pie is absolutely delicious!!! And, I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't had one yet...
