Well let’s start off by saying when somebody comes in during lunch hour they’re most likely on their lunch break it’s very important to attend to your customers instead of talking to the employees about other employees personal business in front of us customers, today I went in on my lunch break and had to wait until she had a full-blown conversation with the other coworker to then walk away from serving me to go to the back for whatever reason so I asked the front person that was there still if things could get hurried up a little bit that I was on my lunch break and she said I don’t know what she’s doing back there so I said OK now that you know I’m on my lunch break can you please let her know for me because I need to go. At this point she still has an asked me what I would like to order mind you they were absolutely no customers in the store except for me. Long story short after waiting a total of 10 minutes she still hadn’t come to the front so I left I will never again return to this Jersey Mike’s location ever again it’s always something with these little girls that work here they are very unprofessional and sloppy You’re lucky you even got one star
I HATE complaining, but honestly how hard is it to make a sub? Every since they took the last female manager out of there it has gone downhill so much. Every time my order is wrong or they over charge me for “double meat” when making a substitution. I think this might be my last time getting a sub from this place.. do better, please.
I purchased a soda and realized they substantially raised prices. I always have asked for a cup and was told they no longer provide cups unless I purchase one. I said ok and the manager replied $2.92. I told the mgr I just paid $2.72 for a can of soda. She didn't care and told me to have a nice day. When said that wasn't good customer service and I would give them a bad Google review she walked away without caring. Lost a good loyal customer over a cup.
My wife and ordered subs last night through DoorDash. Everything was quick and arrived on time, but everything, I mean everything we ordered was wrong. I ordered a regular italian, I received a mini. My wife ordered a portabella cheese steak and on white, we received a cheese steak with no mushrooms on wheat. My order was suppose to come with chips, no chips. We each ordered a brownie and received cookies. I understand that sometimes an order gets an incorrect item, but I feel like they went out of there way to get everything WRONG kinda like a screw you! . The receipt was even taped to the bag with the correct order. I have not had a problem in the past, but I will never order from this location again.
Was all excited to go to Jersey Mike's got an email double points. I went in ordered a young lady followed me with a pickup order her order was wrong they had to redo it. She could not have cheese. I had faith my order would be okay it was three cheese steaks pretty easy hardly anything on them.One jumbo cheese steak with only onions.One jumbo cheese steak extra cheese mushrooms and onions.One jumbo cheese steak extra cheese extra mushrooms.Unsure but I know I paid over $50 for three jumbo cheese steaks. Traveled 30 minutes back home. Everyone was wrong. we had no onions nowhere hardly any mushrooms anywhere I think we might have had extra cheese and one even had peppers on it I didn't order peppers anywhere green peppers and red peppers.call the store to let them know they told me I could come back I live over 30 minutes away one way they told me they'd put my name on the board I'm sure what that means but hey we'll ask next time we go.I really hope my next visit is better I really like Jersey Mike's I'd hate to stop going there.12/17/21....ordered online but when I got there and my order was not ready, I screenshot of my order but they have not even started, but they did the entire rooms order. I asked if that was my order the girl just started and the other girl told me no, she said my order was almost done ..... That was a lie. She had just started. Why am I ordering online??????? Everyone had a dumb mask ? on but as you see in pictures no one had them above they nose....why wear a mask ? if you don't wear it right?????? I have to wear a mask at work but we have to wear it correctly. The soda machine is Gross ? don't drink from that.
IF YOU BUY A HOT SUB AND ADD MUSHROOM OR GET EXTRA MUSHROOM, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. They are charging you for a big kahuna and saying it's for inventory purposes! I am an assistant manager for Jersey Mike's Subs and I have worked for the company for 5 years. You only be charged for the sub you ordered! You are charged extra for bacon (unless it's one of the clubs), extra meat and extra cheese (the tuna does not come with cheese so it is extra). And make sure you CALL corporate!! If you write a comment on the website the comment will go straight to the general manager and she will not do a thing about it because she is the one that made up that "rule".
Never have a problem ordering in store, but when you get Door Dash involved it becomes a nightmare. Unfortunately, after today I will no longer order Jersey Mike's for delivery solely based on their choice of delivery provider. In the past year we have been into the store 4 times and had delivery around 20. Again, instore has always been great. The store tried to right the Door Dash fiasco which was nice which reinforces what I said about the store.
my sister introduced me to jersey mikes a while back when i still lived in tampa. i used to love the place and when i moved here i thought it would be fine. apparently i was wrong because it seems like this place is way worse than what i was used to. they get my order wrong almost every single time and ive found hair in my food at least 3 times. im really disappointed. do better!
Shaniah was absolutely disrespectful to myself and my group. The food was awful and i would not recommend this place. You will not get good food. You will not get good service.
We order from Jersey Mike’s frequently at our homeStore in WV and are accustomed to consistent quality. Today we placed a big birthday order /5 Orange city, FL store and every single sandwich was below expectations. Did not have contents to end of bread (2” on both ends), dry cheesesteak despite the fact I paid for double cheese and the rest of sandwiches again, no sandwich content within 2” of end of bread. Totally not worth a tripTo this store. Bad reflection on chain. Yes
