I'm writing this review because I'm really unhappy with my last several experiences at this restaurant. I had previously been going to this establishment once a week for lunch. I always order the same thing... chicken quesedilla. It's a lunch special. You can get grilled or shredded chicken. I always get the grilled.. After ordering this exact same thing for months and months, a server told me that the grilled chicken is not part of the lunch special, only the shredded is. I explained that I have been ordering this for months and she insisted that it was not part of the special. After getting another server involved, it was confirmed that the grilled chicken was in fact part of the lunch special, and they adjusted my check. The next time I went I unfortunately got the same server, who insisted that the grilled chicken was not part of the lunch special. Once again I got someone else involved, this time a manager who verified that the grilled chicken was in fact part of the lunch special, and my check was adjusted. On my next visit I got a different server, and had no problems whatsoever. But on my last visit I got the server who once again harassed me over it. This time she asked "would you like grilled or shredded?" I said grilled. She them told me that the grilled chicken was not part of the lunch special, as if mocking me by even asking which I wanted. This is after she has been previously told a few times by management that it was part of the special. I didn't even fight it this time. I was just over it. I paid the extra $5 for the quesedilla, didn't leave her a great tip and left. I'll never go back. I don't know if this server is clueless, or if she has something personally against me, but she alone has cost this restaurant my business. Terrible customer service and she obviously doesn't care about the customers experience, or the restaurants business.
Food tasted great.. but we both got really really sick afterwards and into the next day... maybe something didn't agree with us..never had any issues at the other 2 restaurants down the street. We went because we heard great things about them.and wanted to try something different...service was great.... but im very leary to spend 60+ bucks to get us sick again... it was usually dead at 12pm..which is unusual at a higher rated place to eat...maybe something changed..?..
I have never had a bad meal, server or experience here. I typically get the Enchiladas and they are very generous portions. My server Auri is always very attentive and super sweet. I definitely recommend at least trying this place out and make your own option from there.
Visited for dinner. We've been here a lot of times with a big group of people (12 plus) but this is the first time just the wife and I.The food was very good as usual. The service. This is the reason for the three stars. After we ordered, we waited for our food. Other people that were seated after us got there food. We still waited. It took nearly 1/2 hour for our food to come out.Others took 10, maybe 15 minutes. After we ate our dinner, our waitress disappeared. So we had to wait for someone else to get us our bill.Very disappointed. I want to give them a second chance and if we do, we'll pay attention to who our server is.
Great margaritas. Food beers. Average food. Limited menu. No ceviche on the menu. The salsa with the chips tasted coming out of the fridge and cold.
Absolutely love going here, it's our #1 restaurant we go to for great Mexican food! Check them out, you definitely won't be disappointed. And the prices are really good too!!!
My second time visiting the restaurant. Tuesday they have tacos at 2 dollars,. Happy Hour Margaritas 2 x 1 , wine and domestic beer from 3pm to 7 pm everyday. Its a bit pricey but the food overall its okay, nothing out of the ordinary. They have a full bar. My complaint will be that they have the music full blast. Its Mexican music obviously, but it is so high that you want to eat fast and get out! Can barely have a normal conversation because of the music.. No joke..
The food is the best Mexican food in town. The service is always friendly and helpful. There portions are large and great dos equ beer on top is great
Really authentic Mexican cuisine without all the fluff. The staff here were attentive and welcoming. All the dishes came out exactly as ordered, and it tasted delicious. The chimichanga was well worth the visit.
The food was great, but the pitcher of Margaritas was so so. We asked for top shelf tequila, paid $40 and could hardly taste any alcohol. We'll definitely go back for the food, tho!
