Worst service ever. Completely rude on the phone. Management has no customer service skills.
I order from Domino's a lot but since I've moved to Orange City Florida. This is my first time ordering from this Dominos. I must say, by far the rudest. Calling to to tell them the portion size is way off makes no difference to them. They do not care. This is enough to feed my 3year old niece. Never again!
Ordered online a large specialty pizza and the pizza was not delivered, called the store a lady answered claimed to be the manager and said her driver couldn't find us so she canceled my order and wouldn't send the driver out again and hung up numerous times.Have ordered here a few times not sure if driver was new but will not stand for this kind of customer service ? 0stars
We had an order placed online well before the place closed. They canceled our order and kept hanging up when we called to see why our order was canceled. I was feeding a family so the order was larger and now my card will not be refunded for 5-7 days. Absolutely unacceptable.
I can't give 0 stars or else I would. I ordered $58.97 worth of food. I put pay in store as I was paying with cash.I showed up and handed her a $100, she says we can take this. I said "Why and why didn't it tell me when I ordered."They said I could go to the card room and get change. Excuse me but it's not my job to get YOU change for my payment. You should have expressed the rule online when I ordered. I said so when I walk you will be okay with just being stuck with $60 worth of food. Manager said "Absolutely!"I left and will NEVER look back at this location again.
Joshua the manager is very disrespectful and do not care about local customers. I have called on seven different occasions to complain about the lack of cleanliness and the fact that they do not use garlic sauce on the crust and his reply was that he cannot do anything about it and that they have new employees. Do not shop here you will not receive quality pizza.
I was having trouble ordering on-line so I called instead, only to be told he could not lookup my free pizza I had from my points, and that the other pizza's I was ordering would be a dollar more per pizza for ordering on the phone.
The wife wanted something other than P.H. and so I ordered a large with extra cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms and peppers. Its as though I ordered a stripped pizza with the bare minimum toppings. Its absolutely my fault I tried them.
Needs New staff or better management ordered wings and asked for a ranch dressing to go with the wings and was told it was 70cents the cashier seemed confused when I mentioned wouldn't one come free with the wings when ordering and asked manager and could not give me one sauce??
