A absolutely must! We visited today from and can honestly say that this was so far the best meal we have had in this country! The service was fantastic and the food outstanding. As a husband who knows his smoked foods! This was brilliant, clean, plenty of food and service with a smile. Thank you for an awesome experience!

After living in Texas for 4 years, I’ve become somewhat of a BBQ-snob! It’s pretty hard to impress me with BBQ these days, so let’s just say Colt’s Pig Stand sure impressed! I’d say the best (chain-restaurant) BBQ I’ve had in Florida so far has been Colt’s and 4-Rivers Smokehouse. Colt’s in Orange City seems fairly new so it’s clean and fresh in appearance. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is very good. The prices are decent and you also get lots of food. They even had a $5 margarita special that will knock your socks off! I’ve been to Colt”s a couple of times. So far, I’ve tried their Brisket, ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. I’ve also had their potato salad, baked beans, Mac n cheese, corn bread and Texas toast. I may have forgotten one or two sides but point is they were ALL good. While none were spectacular must haves, they were all above average in my opinion. The potato salad and corn bread weren’t my cup of tea but they weren’t bad. The pulled pork and ribs were my favorites of the meats.

My husband and I both absolutely loved the food here! The hostess was kind of sassy but our amazing waitress made up for it! Out of everything we had, the only thing we didn't absolutely fall in love with was the Texas toast! All their BBQ had such amazing smokey juicy flavor! Highly recommend!

Came here during lunch. The food was pretty good. Nothing outstanding as far as bbq but it’s good. The sandwich prices were good for a lunch portion. I will definitely be back and try a dinner portion and edit this review. The service is really fast and good.

Ambiance was nice, service was good...food quality was lousey! This was our first visit since the grand opening. All the food we ordered, except for the baked beans side, was luke warm t best...some of it was cold. Plus the food was dried out, like it had been re-heated several times or simply setting around until someone ordered it. I cannot imagine what the quality would have been if I asked for it to be reheated again. I'm sorry to say that this was my first and last visit!!!

Awful bbq! Made me sick! I don’t call what they serve bbq. The food in the South is based on traditions. Colt’s is not southern! They might think so, but a real southern knows better. I’ve been all over the south and l have found that South Carolina and Florida are not on par with the other 11 states. If you don’t see or smell smoke on the premises, they are not going to have real bbq. Try nearby Sundown Smokehouse, it’s better than 80% of the places in Volusia County. I sincerely wish them luck and hope they can turn it around and start making some real bbq.

Great food and friendly service. Food was fast and soooooooo good. Impressed with the staff handing out kitchen mess ups instead of trashing them.

This was our first visit here. Very nice inside and clean as well. You get a very good portion of food for your money. I wasn't fond of the green beans as you could tell they were canned. I enjoyed the ribs and the pulled pork too. Very good service with Deena as well. She made the experience more pleasurable.

This is for the NEW SMYRNA beach location. Let’s start with the good. Nice host. Nice remodel on an old dark steakhouse. Unfortunately, the food was awful. The turkey breast was tough and had a thick layer of fat on the edges. The bread was not crisp & was very limp. The server never refilled our drinks. It was so bad, I won’t give them a 2nd chance. I heard that it wasn’t very good at the Orange City location but wanted to give them a chance. Really awful.

Place looks pretty good. Service was ok. The servers seemed to stay grouped together. The bbq beans were good. Pulled pork had no seasoning or smoke flavor. I wasn't a fan of original sauce but the Hot was pretty good.
