The past few times that me and my family have visited CiCi's, the staff has been friendly and willing to make special requests pizzas, the buffet was full of items to choose from, and the restaurant was clean. We always go when it's not very busy or we order delivery which the process is simple. The only issue I have ever had was one time trying to order delivery and having to call them so that they could turn on their device for me to be able to place the order online.
Busy location with great staffing; staff welcome and thank customers upon entering & exiting which is nice & sets the atmosphere for dining experience. Seem to do their best to make sure store is clean and buffet is fresh at all times. Love that we can request pizzas with options - regular/deep dish/thin crust, also the cheesy garlic bread & desserts - cinnamon rolls/dessert pizza/brownies (if available) & if we don't see anything we'd like & staff accommodates to best of ability; I ask for what I want if not on buffet & they make sure I hear them call out our pizzas- AWESOME!Figured out that buffet does in fact close at 9pm & only take out is available til 10pm.The current staff is awesome; take the time to talk with them instead of assuming they are cold.All in all my experiences here are always enjoyful & if you haven't been in within the last maybe 2 months - GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE! It was extremely busy, but it was "Pi Day" and they were having an extremely great deal on their adult buffet. There was a little bit of a wait to get in, once we got in there were no tables available or the ones that were not occupied still needed to be cleaned! After waiting a few moments for at least one table to be cleaned I realized there was only one guy working the floor and he was doing his best to keep up, so I cleared off a table until he could make his way over to sanitize it. I don't understand why several parties had to wait for tables to be clean when there was at least 3 to 4 people behind the buffet. The one person was barking orders around to the guy who was doing his best to keep up with the floor, asking him to to this or that. The person should have either done it themself or helped clear tables so customers could be seated instead of lined up waiting. As for the pizza... there was never any! Yes, I realize it was busy and we got a great deal, but this has been a problem here the last couple of times we have went. There is never any pizza on the bar! You spend more time waiting than actually getting to eat. I will say one thing that has been consistent is, Chris, he does an amazing job! You can really tell he takes pride in his job and works really hard. He is very kind, keeps the dirty plates from piling up, and just really cares that you are having a good experience while dining. That boy deserves a promotion!
We were very disapointed about the food or lack off. The pizza that was there was cold and very few to no toppings. We have been going since 2005, but this was by far the worst experience! The 2 stars are for the staff, very friendly and courteous.
Paid a lot of money to eat stale pizza. Most staff were nice but one man made us really uncomfortable trying to rush us out. Will not be eating there again.
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very kind especially Josh and Alexis! They were very quick to ask if I need anything and made sure to make the pizza I asked for. The buffet was full the whole time and had a great variety of pizza and desserts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming again soon!
I come to this Cicis once a week, so very regularly and have since then befriended the staff! They are so nice and always go the extra mile to make sure they have my specialty Pizza out. Don’t be quick to judge because of your lack of patience! I recommend this place over and over!
The staff was rude. The man at the register immediately said we don't accept that coupon. And didn't apologize or anything. As I would have been the only customer there. In this business. Any business is good business. I ran restaurants for over 10 years. This is not how you treat a customer. I'll never go there again.
Update 2: Be warned! The "good" reviews are employees. Read and see who the real reviews actually are. This place needs to be visited by the health department at this point. Fire everyone. Plus that Alexis and Josh review are employees trying to save face. Roach issues, dirty restaurant, employees breaking health code constantly, cursing employees on phone, it's a terrible terrible place and I need everyone to take caution. Have reported to corporate it's that bad. Wait until you see everyone "cover up" the roach problemDisgusting place. Old and stingy. The workers made it their playground. Food was the redeeming quality which you can imagine is not saying much.Update: I've been back, since I'm a glutton for punishment. I cannot believe a select few of their employees still have a job there. There's a crew that is the absolute worst. Did you guys take care of the roach problem yet?!! Look at the tables in these pictures. They were all just sitting around Lollygagging as if it was, once again, it was their playground. Every table had trash that was probably sitting their for hours and the bin with dirty plates was toppling over.
I was quite surprised to discover that their buffet had increased to $7.99, but felt a bit upset that for that increase in cost, the Selections were Very limited.Salad bar had No tomatos, No onions nor Bell Peppers. No shredded cheese and a lack of several other options.Their pizza selections were Equally as Dismal.I propose will Not Ever dine here again and this Certainly will impact my decisions to choose Other CiCi’s as well.
