The woman manager is a liar to police to try and get people unlawfully trespassed And she's a racist The whole staff is undertrained And unreliable if you want to see a video of this manager lying to the Orange City police department go to YouTube and look up chili's manager lies about disabled veteran to have them thrown out of restaurant This restaurant on April 2622 had 20 violations more than any other restaurant in volution county it is filthy go to the blue s*** county health department website and see their inspection
We used to stop by all the time in years past but not much lately. It was renovated years ago but it’s time to bring back the crew. Showing its age. Service still very good, but this another location that staff can access the thermostat as it was cold. Plastic straws to send out to the ocean when done. They do have internet, as in years past, but they make you sign up to the club. You know: So you can get non-stop emails. Thanks. Oh, my lunch was fine.
Food was really good. Had the Big Bacon BBQ Burger. Little lacking on the BBQ, but could have ask for some more. Waitress was attentive and friendly.
Food wasn't bad but this place is filthy! Dirty to say the least! Watched a waitress clear two tables next to us, took the dishes and never came back to wash off the tables. We could clearly see this place had no covid safety measures. No longer glass between the bar and dinning area. If you sit in a booth notice the wood wall, food splattered, hasn't been cleaned in years. The place needs a complete overhaul including management.
We went on a busy night, but I did go online and put our name on the wait list. The place was packed when we got there, but there were only 3 people in front of us until we were seated.My husband was worried that the food was going to take forever, and that the service would be bad.Boy was he wrong! Our server was very busy, poor woman had sweat beading her forehead when she greeted us. She seemed a little new, but she was great! Very personable and attentive. The food didn't take long either. We were seated by the kitchen and I could hear the expo lady busting out orders. The kitchen was doing so well because it had a great leader.When other restaurants in the area get busy, the food takes forever. Not this place! Oh! And everything tasted great!

I give 2 stars just because the food tasted good. We enter the restaurant at 6:48pm and got a sit right away. The waitress that works at the bar came to our table took our drinks order. When she came with our drinks we order our food. That was 6:55pm. After us three other tables got customers. They did their order after us. All their orders came before ours. Two tables have 2 people sitting, just like us and one have a family of 10 people or more. Some of their order have the same trio platter I order, hummmm. The waiter finally noticed that they all have their food before us and came to our table to apologize and stated my trio order sometimes takes a little longer to put together. Funny the other tables order the same. She noticed we were not happy. At 7:53pm we got our food. Was brought by the manager, she apologized and stated the ribs takes a little longer. We took a bite and they weren't hot. They were room temperature. Hummmm, I didn't said a word. Just ate my food asked for boxes and the bill. Paid my bill, and for the tip gave $.0, this is my first time I have not tip someone. We usually tip $10 or more our servers. They didn't deserve it.
This is a good place to eat everyone has a small when you walk in. Great customer service. Great food. It comes out streaming hot. I like that. Servers are attentive to your needs and trying to give you the best experience as possible. The only complaint I would have is the chemicals they used to clean the bathrooms. It makes the bathroom smells awful. I think they need to change the products of the bathrooms can smell better. But a great place to go eat nonetheless.
Service was great, place was clean. They were only using about half the seating due to staffing shortages and COVID. Strange thing is, everyone was seated all next to each other. I would think it would be better to space the seating out instead of leaving the sections closed off.
