It was obvious that the girl in the drive thru 11:15am today 6/6/22 hates her job and the manager she was working with. She was very rude at the speaker. Someone behind me wanted a chicken sandwich with no salt. Instead of being polite about it she was very rude, then asked what chicken sandwich in a very rude demeanor. While waiting for my food I heard the MOD and the drive thru girl arguing. The other girl tried to stop them but just shut the window. Good thing because it looked like it was getting heated. Just remember people see and hear you when you hate your job! Also remember to leave your baggage at the door and put a smile on your face while working. Fake till you make it. A little kindness goes a long way. I honestly think you need to find a job where you're not dealing with the public.

Forgot my children's nuggets. The burger melt completely disgusting the bread wasn't toasted the meat was cold. Only thing goid about the whole order was the onion rings
If I could put less stars, I would. It was a big bummer from the moment we walked up to the counter. The associate was twirling her hair while we were giving her order, no smile, no personality and terrible customer service. Believe me I understand if someone is having a bad day but leave it at the door when you come to work. The order was wrong and The bacon whopper that I ordered was cold and they buried the bacon so well that I had no idea it was even there. Went up to the counter to ask about that and the person who put the sandwich together actually came out with her gloves on open the sandwich shop and show me where the cut up bacon was. All the while the manager was looking on and said nothing. I could see that other customers are having issues as well. After walking away I could hear the manager talking with the associates in and within earshot of customers complaining about the customers with the staff in the back. Seems Burger King as lost it luster a long time ago and the once delicious whopper that was delivered to you hot and so juicy that it was a mess to eat but it was delicious nonetheless has been substituted for a dry, tasteless excuse of a burger. Won’t be back.
Just had the most wonderful drive thru experience I've had in quite a while. To the staff there thank you for you for your patience kindness and time this afternoon... my mother, daughter and myself were on our way to see my grandfather in Ridgecrest rehabilitation, he just had a stroke 2 weeks ago. To see such kindness and understanding from strangers is so incredibly wonderful to see!!!!
DO NOT GO!!! The Workers omg the workers are so rude!! The place will be Deserted not a single car in the parking lot and they give you attitude when you pull up like you're bothering them! Just don't because I'm definitely not again. Just drive a few miles down the road and spend my money elsewhere.
I came in for the 37 cents whopper promotion. I ordered my whopper, but forgot to mention no mayo at the time of ordering. I politely asked shortly after receiving my receipt if I can have my whopper without mayo. The cashier looked so annoyed and told me that if i wanted that i should have mentioned it before. I apologized but mentioned how mayo bothers me. She supposedly mentioned it to the cooks, but when it came out, i checked it and it had the thickest layer of mayo i have seen on a burger. I asked to exchange it but was refused since it wasn't listed on the receipt. Luckily my friend ordered another whopper without mayo and we exchanged, but that was one of the worst customer service i received, and i worked at a Burger King for 3 years long time ago. I personally wouldn't recommend this location
At1:45pm Sunday 12/5/21 me and my husband went in for lunch and the Manager on duty was Irritated that she had to walk to register to take our order she had her mask under her chin and didn’t even say hello to us. She the said what do you want? Real Manager material. She the rolled her eyes at us when we asked for ice since lobby machine was out. She never asked us if we want sauce for our nuggets. The whole time we sat there eating she was talking about customers in drive thru. Not to mention how nasty she was to and older woman and man who came in to order. People like this should be removed from the public eyes she clearly does not have any people skills or even a kind heart!
I tried the Ghost pepper nuggets, loved them with/ without the bbq sauce. There's just the right amount of heat.
This place is disgusting!! Only one person at the window shes nasty and cursing at people. The food was horrible. No manager to be found. !! She needs to go v this place is going down fast. Alerted corporate
