The food was great. Service excellent. And the drink (Bahama Mama) was even better ??
I hadn't been in a long time because it had really gone down hill. Their commercials helped my wife and I decide to give it another try. GLAD WE DID. Service very good and friendly and food was excellent.We will definitely go back
I love this place! Food is always so good, and even when I had a bad experience, manager Kelly fixed everything! Tonight I ordered from DoorDash again, and everything was PERFECT. We called up to let them know, and manager Kelly was not there, but manager Liz was so pleasant, and even told us about the new Home style bowl since I enjoyed the new mac bowl! Can’t wait to order again (and we will be trying the new home style bowl). Also would like to note, that the cashier that answered the phone was very nice and helpful! Overall great experiences, even when one didn’t start out the best. Definitely deserves 5 stars!I work in a restaurant and handle to go orders everyday, and I know how stressful it can be handling upset customers; these ladies did an amazing job.
Joke of a restaurant for third party apps. They can't get it right! I have a great idea, don't participate in uber or grub hub. You didn't put my autistic son's dinner in the bag on his birthday. Uber gave us five dollars. Maybe a manager should check each togo bag. Thank you for ruining our evening and my son's birthday because you can't check bags. I blame management! Fyi, this isn't the first time. I am so enraged I never want to get Applebee's ever again. We called and the woman said the manager is working the line. Uh, maybe hire more people, pay more, or turn off Uber app if you can't handle it. No, take the money and ruin people's meals and make them lose their hard earned money.
Applebee's is a pretty common place my boyfriend and I choose for date nights. The atmosphere is very relaxed/cozy(to me) and the mozzarella sticks are to die for! All the waiters have been amazing every time i go and the prices aren't bad for a dine in sort of place. Would definitely recommend going:) On average the bill is between $30-$40 from my experience for an app and two people.
Staff was amazing food came out very timely even though it was very busy. Food was great. I got the rack of baby back ribs and they were falling off the bone and not over cooked. I would definitely recommend this Applebee's to anyone. Keep up the great work staff you all were awesome. Thank You
Took a few minutes to get seated, but I was there between the lunch and dinner shifts. April was cheerful and efficient, and the Bourbon Street children and shrimp was hot and tasty. The biggest downside was the loud Xmas music. I would eat there again, but not between Halloween and New Years.
Food was good but our server was fantastic! Mcray was super nice and very attentive. Overall great experience.
The meal was great grilled chicken, with fries and broccoli,not too crowded, waitress was terrific, meal were served within 15 minutes ????
Went on Veterans Day so of course it's going to be a madhouse. But even so our server was friendly and polite and did the best she could to keep up with the madness. L o l. I had my service canine with me so I gave him my free veterans meal and I ordered the 8 oz steak. steaks were overcooked Big time!! It's been a while since I've been there and I would like to go back and give another review on a calmer day. Even though the food was bad I had to get the place 3 stars for the effort that they put out to accommodate so many people at once. I can't give enough props to the girls up front that were assigning tables. There is plenty of parking here and there is plenty of overflow parking as well. Is handicap spots are not a issue and the parking area was clean up debris and well lit. The restaurant for having as many people in it was pretty clean. I definitely would have given this place 4 or 5 stars had the food been right.. And one more thing the portion size is pretty small guys.. Hope this helps you out.
