Food was good, I wish we got what we ordered though. We ordered 3 tender plates, 2 big snaks, kiddie meal, and a salad. One plate was regular and two Buffalo. We were missing a plate and the other two were regular. There was no Buffalo although we ordered it and our receipt showed that we did. We also didn’t get coleslaw in either plate. Our drinks were wrong too. On our receipt we ordered all Dr. Pepper and 1 coke. We got a sweet tea for one and a cherry coke for another. We asked for four additional zaxby sauces to be added and only got one additional. Lastly, the salad was missing dressing. I have never experienced such a messed up order from a restaurant before. I can understand one mistake maybe even two but this order had multiple. The receipt was correct but what we got was wrong. I called the restaurant but wasn’t able to get through.
Missed our 2 dinners in the order replace our ranch, honey mustard, for there zaxby sauce which none us of eat. Plus the grease is old, burnt the tenders and rude people you have at the window. It was really good when you first open now not good at all. You never get what you order or cold food etc.
Great service- great prices - delicious food. Employees helped people in parking lot and checked in on all dining customers. A new type of excellent Employees.Give them a raise.
Food is always good. I order on the app and they always have mine ready to go when I arrive. Staff is friendly and the dining room is very clean.
WASTE OF MONEY!!!save your money I ordered the blue salad from here five times and it was only good 3 times. the first time was Uber eats fantastic salad the second time I came in person they overdress my salad and they made it like extra spicy and I asked for Whimpy and they forgot my garlic bread. Threw it away. The third time Uber eats again it was perfect the fourth time I came I told the young man at the front who was like manually taking orders my experience . it was perfect. today they not only gave me a grilled salad instead, when the lady taking my order told the guy he had an attitude plus I looked at my receipt and it was right on there. No apologies for my wait no concern and my salad is over dressed it’s too SPICY! and no garlic bread.. JUST don’t GO! There are plenty fast food places that can get your order right!
The food is hit or miss for me. Sometimes cooked hard, sometimes sift, sometimes saucy, sometimes not enough sauce. I take long breaks from eating here and because it's so close, u will go back and HOPE they hit...
No matter if you go through the drive through or have it delivered, these people can’t get your order right. You’re guaranteed to be missing something if not half the order if you deliver. Plus it takes 20+ minutes to even get through the drive thru. Do better.
I usually enjoy my experience at this particular location on W. Colonial and Good Homes Rd but lastnight but the service was very bad. I went through the drive through and the girl that took my order got it wrong. I also asked for a cup of water and when I got to the window, the guy handed me a cup of water with no ice. I then asked if he could put some ice in it and he got so angry. When he have me my food my salad was at the bottom of the bag and the hot food was on top which warmed my salad. I won't be returning to this location
made an online order and asked if they could bring my food out since car wouldn’t start in the parking and refused since they were short staffed so i asked to just cancel my order.i waited a couple days and the pending transaction still went through meaning they didn’t cancel my order after i told them to do so.
