By far, this is the worst Wendy's in Ocoee. It's worth the drive to the Wendy's on Daniels Rd. The service at this location is slow (you could sit at the drive through for 5 minutes or more just waiting to be greeted-rudely-when no one else is in line). They often run out of staples like fries or baked potatoes. When they give you a baked potato, it's a 50/50 shot it'll be burned/over heated to inedible results. The sodas do not taste correct. Coke Zero from this location, for example, tastes like it's running through a soapy hose. Stay far away from this location until they can manage it better. The other Wendy's in the area do not have these issues.
Do you like Wendy’s? This is one. Enjoy Wendy’s food? They have it. And honestly, it tastes the same as any other Wendy’s. But at this point more than half the time I visit this location there’s something severely wrong with my order. Items missing is the most common culprit, but sometimes they’ll just be randomly switched out for other things or missing ingredients. If you want Wendy’s they’ll have it, but definitely check your order before you leave.
My issue is you can never get hot fries they are cold and when bought to the attention of crew, they catch an attitude with the customer! Can we make that make sense! No in some instances customers are not always right, but the workers should always remain humble and attentive!
This is the 3rd time my order has been refused thru DoorDash while they are opened for hours more at this location. I have been told that they don't do DoorDash orders at 11pm or they hadn't received my order even though it shows the option on the DoorDash app and website. I have also had terrible experiences ordering from the drive thru at this location.
My cousin and I both got the $4 bag meals. He got the cheeseburger with tomato and I got the chicken sandwich with tomato. Both of us got 2 slices of tomato each and it made us super happy! :)The food was fresh and hot, service was quick, and the drinks are good!
Very disappointed with this location of Wendy’s.I have gone here three times to buy food because I was working in the area and three times I have been short changed with the order.No dressing for the salad and no pecans or no pamesan cheese for the pamesan salad. Didn’t go back because I was on the highway heading home. Check your orders before leaving the window. ?
First Wendy's I have been to in two years where the place was clean, well staffed, got the order 100% correct, had sweet tea in beverage station, ketchup in dispenser, and condiments filled. Ketchup was empty when arrived but manager on duty quickly answered the request. Good job. I have missed the fresh food and pleasant experience Wendy's used to offer, but glad to see one Wendy's is getting it done!
This location was busy for lunch. Food was still good and customer service was decent.
What a joke. Do you people not train your employees to say hello? Good morning? Thank you? Or even say you're welcome when your customer says thank you over 10 times? Then when I get to the window I wait over 6 minutes, I know this because I heard them screaming in the background about how long it took, all the foul language and talking about their personal lives, not what someone wants to hear first thing on a Saturday morning. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the food is always hot and fresh. But you can definitely use some training on customer service, pretty sickening especially in this world where with so many people are without jobs.
Never can find another like this one.They make sure your fries are hot & fresh not like others where there vold and soggy. Excellent customer service.
