I’ve come through the drive thru here maybe 10 times and about 7 of those times I was told for various reasons that they were not taking orders. Today their “system was down” and another time they decided they were only taking mobile orders at 8:00 pm. If you can get food it’s pretty good for Wendy’s, but overall the service is so inconsistent that whenever I want Wendy’s I dread coming here because more often than not I get turned away.
DIRTY! My feet stuck to the floor everywhere I walked. Looks nice inside and seems to be new construction but definitely not kept clean despite signs saying that’s a priority. Not a recommended stop.
Inside is closed for some reason on a Saturday evening. 4 cars in the drive thru and it takes 20+ minutes.
Dining room closed. Drive thru line wrapped around building and didn't move in the 10 min I waited.
This Wendy's is awful. I used to come here all the time. Now you sit in drive thru lines for 20 minutes for 4 cars. Most of the employees don't care. They close before business hours say they are closed. Terrible
Orders are ALWAYS wrong - either ingredients omitted or wrong ingredients added. Note that orders are always placed on mobile app, so details are there--it's not complicated (usually just add pickles & onions). In addition, we've TWICE ended up with about half the French fries ordered - the large fries container less than half full.I tried to speak with management about issues and either the phone doesn't get answered or voice mail is full. The one time I did connect, I ended up getting attitude. Note that the store only has drive-thru. We were told they don't have enough staff to open doors.I tried to contact the Customer Care 888 number and stayed on hold 45 minutes-no one picked up. Then tried the website, filled out the complaint form and submitted, only to receive a 404 message. Tried on another browser - same thing.We won't be back to the West Road location. We're done with this location. I'll drive 10 minutes further to two other locations in Ocoee. On second thought, 10 minutes away, there are more choices, none of them Wendy's.

Wendys is engaged in credit card fraud. The pathetic manager at this location will not turn off "Dine-in" on the Wendys mobile app when the dining room is closed like it is now. It is credit card fraud to charge a customer for a "dine-in" order and then lock the customer out and tell them they have to sit in a drive-thru line. This is a violation of the terms of the charge!
I don't usually leave revues for chain fast food places but this specific location deserves taking the time to leave one.Note to the manager/owner of this location, who every was scheduled to work the evening of January 20th, 2022 deserves a raise!!! The line had about 10 cars when I pulled in and it was moving efficiently with no delays. My order was perfect, fresh and well worth the $11.00 spent on it.Hats off to Cynthia and hew crew that evening.
The 4 for $4 is my go to for a quick lunch. Food was fresh and hot. No complaints on this visit.
