Worst Taco Bell Service!Half the time we go they aren't open. Nobody even awake in there today. Had to yell at someone taking a "break" (I assume) way in the back. They were all just listening to music back there. I was obviously an inconvenience to them with my mobile order, and honestly even with just my presence. They clearly don't want business.
Stopped this morning at 8:25. Sat at the menu in drive-thru waiting to order for 4 minutes. Gave up and drove to window. Knocked on the window and a guy with a mop said something to someone in back and pointed at me but no one came to the window. Left there 10 minutes later with no one ever coming to the window. Sad because I was there a week ago and had great service. Girl at the window was cheerful and competent.
For work from everybody I think they when you get your box meal they're not in boxes anymore they just throw it in the bag when you get three different orders of box mills and they throw it all in one bag and you got to separate everything yourself and then they're missing three items on top of that it's been like that already three times since I've been doing put the food back in the box you guys won't be missing no orders nothing wrong with them
I come in for breakfast at 8:03 and the door is locked and the guy cleaning the floor just looking at me but not opining the door and its very cold out, so i go to drive thru and a message says we are closed. When you say u open at 8 that means you have to open at 8. Ive been to many locations for breakfast and so many times they are not open when they say they are. GET IT TOGETHER TACO BELL
We used to go there a lot. My mom loves tacos. Now a days they don't care about their customers. I order extra cheese and tomatoes but when we open them the extra stuff I ordered was not in the taco. If it wasn't for my mom, I wouldn't go there at all.
Until further notice, I will give this Taco Bell a 2 star rating. I usually go here for lunch and lately the service hasn’t been the best. Some days the drive thru is closed, or they mess up the order (I order thru mobile app) and even did not have ice when I went today. I see new employees working and I get it they might be new, but they need to get it together. Although they seem polite and what not, the service level is lacking.
Tried multiple times to order food on the app at this location. Most recent - I tried submitting an order at 4:10pm on a Thursday and according to the app this location is about to close and I need to try another location. I've gotten this message a handful of times over the past couple months. 1 star.
Apparently if you want to get service in this place you need to go to the drive thru because they pay no attention to to walk in customers anymore. everything's concentrated on the drive-through. 5 people went through it while stood and waited by myself for one small order. This now seems to be the norm at all their locations

Hours say they are open at 8am. I pull up at 9:30am to the drive thru, the employee asks what I want. After I order she says oh we aren't open yet. Seriously?
