Dine in is closed. Staff repeatedly turns off all lights to drive thru just so no one thinks they are open and you can see them all sitting around talking to one another. I live close by and my husband loves taco bell but lately we have been looking for other places to eat because of these issues.
Compared to our local taco bell, this is the four seasons. Friendly staff, well prepared ordered. Worth the drive. ??
Worst Taco Bell I've been to in awhile. Ordered a bean burrito no onion extra red sauce. They give me a bean burrito no red sauce and extra onions. The receipt clearly says what I ordered.
OMG THIS TACO BELL NEXT TO THE PUBLIX I. OCOEE. You’ll never have anything.We ask for coffee and it’s a new one they should have some but NO, no coffee. Then I ask for Sierra Mist and it pure water with gas gross. And on top of that no straws. Like why why why so upsetting. Come on you’ll could do better.
In this restaurant they don't have a sense of urgency to deliver orders, they don't respect people's time. They know you are waiting and they do nothing to expedite orders, it is not possible in a country like this.
The drive thru experience was exceptional. Had to wait an acceptable amount of time for our order. It was accurate and very well prepared. Surprised with how good the food was overall. Sadly, they were out of Pepsi but they had an acceptable alternative. Will definitely go back.
I live 2 minutes from this location so have been to the drive thru many times since they first opened. They used to be awful, and would either mess up my order or forget items from it. As of late, they seem to be under new management or something because they've consistently done a very good job with my orders.
I have used this location for my weekly taco bell visits and unfortunately they have fallen below par over the past few months. They have made my order incorrectly as well as put it in incorrectly. Most importantly they have argued about my order. Their drive-thru coms need to be adjusted because it is typically hard to hear them. I know this store can do better. I know good works hard to find but we need to have a standard.
Very friendly drive thru associate. Store was willing to process special request on drive thru lane.
Fast service and food was hot. Window server was very nice.
