Let me tell y’all BEN definitely gave me a great representation of customer service, we went in for subs and didn’t expect the sad news of two of our favorite sauces have temporarily been removed for a new version, but gave us great pointers with the few new choices they had available and maxed the flavors from our subs and left us very satisfied and happy we made it in that night for subs 3/11/2022
Terrible place and workers… talk about rude and unprofessional. Don’t recommend ordering online they’ll take 40 more minutes after the promised time for your online order. Staff don’t speak I think that they’re mute.
The lady that runs the morning shift is always on point and super friendly. This is a great location
What a disaster. Sent my salad in cup because they were out of salad bowls and then sends it with raw bacon and it tasted like they used the tuna utensils for my chicken (chicken was suppose to be rotisserie not grilled ) . Disgusting , go somewhere else !!!
The place and food is always stocked. The employees are always working hard and the customer service is amazing! Chris, specifically, is always there and very good, but all the employees are still very hard working!

Goto wawa. I can get 3 subs for the price of one compare to this subway.The women (Nikki)charged me $15.63 for one chicken teriyaki sub with extra tuna and mozzarella cheese. She also charged me for a drink and extra meat that I never asked for. When I confronted her she keeps saying cheese and tuna is extra. She already charged me for cheese and tuna.
Every single one of our sandwiches were made incorrectly, I had to guide the worker on how they’re supposed to be laid out. Honestly it’s the worst experience I’ve had at a subway.

Was given 3 foot longs that were stale. The server admitted the bread wasn’t made correctly and still this is what we were served as an online order. It was a waste of money. They barely put any ingredients inside and the bread fell apart completely. So disappointed.
