I would strongly advise you not to come to this location. When you go into a subway, you start at the area where the bread is so you can tell them what you want and then move down the line. I was told I had to pay before they made my wrap. Neither of them knew what in the hell they were doing and made my wrap completely wrong. After I told them what was wrong they said "do you work here or do we, this is the new way." They were laughing and saying things under their breath when I told them about my wrap. I will definitely avoid this location and I'll let everyone else know as well. I'd strongly suggest the manager find some replacements and quickly before they lose more business. Also it said they close on 630 on Sundays but yet at nearly 8pm, they're still open and serving. Might want to fix those hours as well.
I seriously don’t know why they never get my order right. I asked for turkey sandwich light mayonnaise they gave me mayonnaise. I went again asked for chicken bacon sandwich they gave me chicken with no bacon. Came back again asked for chicken bacon they gave me rotisserie chicken. So it safe to say that they can never get your order right. They just do what they want to do
Always loved subway but after this experience with these dips**s, I think this will be the last time I'm eating at this franchise. A black dude and a big-boned chick with tattoos were the most rude workers one can come across. Every time I said something, they would make eye contact and laugh at me. The owner should consider getting new workers. I think they would fare better behind a Wendy's dumpster.
Possibly one of the worst subs I have had from Subway. No Italian bread. Actually only had 2 kinds. I ended up getting wheat and the bread was do hard I could hardly bite it off. Barely had any meat in my sandwich. Normally I don't have a problem not getting extra. Tomatoes weren't ripe enough to sell. Just an overall bad sub.
Huge improvement with the remodel!! Great service great sandwiches! I had a mobile order with multiple items and it was done earlier than expected! Will be returning!
Terrible. This place needs to be shut down. An embarrassment. Dirty, smelly, and everything tasted old, even the drink. And to top it all off, the toddlers behind the counter were rude af for no reason. Don't go here, it's empty all the time for a reason.
I like Subway, but this one is the most horrible Subways on Earth. It should not be open. The workers act like they are laying in a casket, they have no customer service skills, they don’t know how to fix a sandwich, so if you ever think about a sub, please do not ever think of this Subway. They give Subway a bad name.
