I dont ever write reviews, but this was the WORST customer service. I asked for the $4 Angel food smoothie after 4 deal thats advertised all over the building. Cashier told me I needed the app. Downloaded the app coupon appears in addition to some others, but she scans the wrong coupon so the discount did not apply. Ended up paying more for it which was fine, accidents happen. I asked for a separate cup so I could share some of the smoothie with my sick child. The cashier doesnt mention an additional charge for a CUP just tacks it on. Then when I ask about it she goes “oh thats just how it is if you want a cup”. Ok that would have been fine if you just mentioned it before hand, not to mention you messed up with my coupon in the first place. The whole staff was rude, impatient, and unfriendly. I WILL NOT be returning and will make sure to let everyone to steer clear of this location.

Both the smoothies I got today tasted super watered down. Really disappointed since this is our go to smoothie place. :(

I arrived to the drive thru at opening (7:00am). It's understandable that it may take a minute to prepare in the morning so I waited patiently for a minute. At 7:03, I called the store to see if they were open and there was no answer. At 7:05, someone finally came on the speaker and said "GO AHEAD" in a tone that seemed annoyed. No good morning, no apology for the wait. After saying my order, she responded, "HELLO!?" as of she couldn't hear me again in a very rude tone. At that point, I just drove off. I get that it's early and opening may not be the best shift and the first customer of the day arriving at the minute of opening may seem annoying. But they've lost a customer for making me feel like just an annoying customer.
I love this place workers are always cheerful when I walk in and you never wait for long to grab your smoothie I'm a forever customer of Smoothie King ?
I will recommend but please make sure your smoothie is blended before leaving. I ordered a Choc-a-laka and was asked if I wanted to add a banana. I did add the banana but it nor ice was blended well and that made for a bad experience for me. I called them twice but only received the voice mail and unable to leave a message.?
Omg ... there smoothies are drain in sugar! I can't even finish my smoothie. Not only its sugar smoothie they also took so long to make it . Its awful and it doesn't taste like peanut butter power, just sugar .... yuck.. what a waste... last time I go there.
My husband and I haven't been thrilled with the lackluster service we've gotten at this location for a while, but tonight was the icing the cake. The employees show no sense of urgency when making smoothies, they work slow and jibber jabber distractedly with each other the whole time. It took 15-20 mins for my order of 4 smoothies to be made. What really made me angry is a family that came in and ordered after me got their smoothies way before me. The whole time I was there I could hear the employees complaining about how they wouldn't be getting out in time (it was close to closing). And to finish off the experience, when I got home and drank my smoothie, I found that they didn't even blend my smoothie completely. It was full of ice chunks and banana chunks that couldn't even fit through the straw.
