Worst experience I've had at a Popeyes yetOrdered a breast red beans and rice and a Dr pepperWaited in the Drive-Thru line for over 15 minutesAnd when I got my food home I had a thigh, not a breast..... And they overcharged me they could have charged me for a meal but they charged me for everything a la carte
There was at least 12 people behind the counter and it was not busy at all. We’ve never seen that many people waddle from station to station doing almost nothing. I am usually one to overlook the service especially if I know the sandwich is going to be good but tonight it sucked as well.
Well since the people here are all very nice and I would say 60% of the time the food is good I'm not going to leave them one star. But I will say this particular visit was definitely a one-star! The chicken had been sitting for so long it was shriveled and dried up so badly it took an hour for me to chew it LOL. And I asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy and they gave me about half of a normal side dish. You could have built a house with the brick they called a biscuit. I wish they would put out a sign like Krispy Kreme that tells you when they are frying chicken so you can get it fresh because honestly I think this stuff had been sitting for HOURS.
The employees are incredibly kind. Genuine people who care about guests. The service blew me away. Not to mention the place was spotless and the food was delicious. This was the best Popeyes I have ever been to.
Came here about 2 weeks ago waited in line for about 40 minutes until we finally got to the window. We get to the window and we are told the just dropped fresh nuggets for us. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO!!! this should have bee done before we got to the window. The could careless if you wait forever for your food. I am done with Popeye's have tried several in the surrounding area and they are all the same food is great but this location has no since of urgency.
This location is a joke and doesn’t understand how to operate a fast food business. The first time I went there I waited in line for 20 minutes before finally driving away because every single person was only served at the window even if they had to wait five minutes for their order to be ready as opposed to common sense and fast food experience saying to have them park and bring it out to them.I tried to use them again today and order online with her app and despite it taking my money I got there at 9:01 (app said drive they closed at 10) and they said they were closed and didn’t have any web orders and that I would have to call the company to get my money back. The app is additionally a joke because there’s no good way to contact them other than reporting an issue that takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response on
What ever you do don't order from the menu or for delivery unless you have money to burn. Apparently Popeye is smoking crack in that pipe while he's deciding on menu prices. Make sure you use the coupons in the mailers or the offers in the app when going there. No problem with the food or service. I would give it 5 stars for that.Just the pricing is asinine. And for God's sake bring back the Cajun rice and keep the red beans and rice also.?
We went through the drive thru, which can take a while, especially around 4:30 in the afternoon, but their chicken, Mac and cheese, and rice and beans, and Cajun fries were so worth it! They even gave my mom a senior discount and allowed substitution of a couple of pieces. Their customer service was great in the drive thru.
Love that chicken from Popeye's! Seriously, the spicy chicken tenders are delicious! And great service! Highly recommended.
The food is always good but they're service is super slow. I've never been to their drive through that the line wasn't completely around the building and sometimes almost out to the road. I just can't help but wonder how much more money this store would bring in if they would just staff it so the orders went out quicker.
