This is one place I never have to worry if my order will be correct & ready at the time they say. Pizza Hut always delivers, even when I carry out.

Worst pizza location I have ever had to deal with. I call to order something 45mins before the store closes and they keep me on hold waiting for over ten minutes just to say we are closed. Am I mistaken or are your hours on a Friday say open until midnight? That means you are still open. Absolutely lazy. Not only do they mess up my orders every once in awhile but now they refuse to make pizza whilst they are still supposedly open. You lot should be fired. This is why I order from the wintergarden store. That was until they said I was out of their area though I live in wintergarden smdh never ordering from Ocoee pizza hut ever again.
The staff was friendly when I went in to pickup my online order. The gentleman at the register asked if I needed plates and napkins which was very nice.

I ordered my pizza online, then called to verify the order, stayed on hold for 20min before someone answered. When I go there I paid for my order and then had to wait an additional 15 min when I was told the pizza would be done in 5. After no attended me I asked if the pizza was ready and it was just sitting in the back getting cold.
Rude and hung up cause I asked if he was saying almonds. Very very rude even manager. Nasty people
If you would bring back dining rooms, red cups, pizza hut lights and Pac-man. My family would visit weekly, or at least every other week and I would sing your praise.
Ranch wasn’t given with order and the removal of the flavored crusts is abysmal. Pizza is boring and flavorless on the crust now. Probably going to seek out another go-to pizza place for our orders. Just not the same.
Delivery guy was very nice and polite. No issues with the food.
