I come to this location often as I work night shifts and mobile ordering is always easy. Yet for some reason on this visit after placing and paying for my order online, the staff said my order hadn't been paid for yet my bank account had clearly been charged and the app said my order was successful. My order was originally $11 and some change, they demanded my card for a second time and charged me another $4.65.
It's McDonald's... but this one is hit or miss on drive-thru speeds... mostly takes awhile... was faster the night the employees were yelling at each other. Maybe they work faster when they are mad. Was concerned when asked to pull over to a spot to wait and could still hear them yelling at each other. Quite clearly given the distance from the building I was...
I only go if I get a great deal using the app or I have a craving for a caramel frappe. Lately the app gives you $1.50 off a frappe so would go there before DD's.

This McDonald’s love to tell you how wrong you are. So when you get your order they don’t take no responsibility or pay attention to anything that’s going on. You get up to the pay window nobody ever knows what order You have. Then you to re-explain it at the pay window all over again. then when it comes time to receive your order it’s wrong and then they tell you you tried to change your order at the pay window. Then you will try to explain to them and they continue to tell you how wrong you are and how you just don’t know what you’re talking about trash McDonald’s this whole area is so bad including Dunkin’ Donuts only good one is Wendy’s
Employees stand around in lobby at least 30 minutes before closing and won’t service anyone even though they’re suppose to be open

I have been going there for months.there has been a change in the courtesy given to customers. What does it hurt to say thank you and have a nice day. They simply hand you your bag. I had hoped if i told them have a nice day it would be a kind reminder to be Nope! My last visit what i heard was yelling back and forth in another language possibly Hatian.sounded very unpleasant Bad management..
Door sign, google maps and every other place says they close at 12am on sun, just stopped by and 1:30 hour earlier they are already close and asking to cancel your mobile app orders.
