This place doesn't even deserve one star. The owner of this location should be embarrassed, to have his business running the way it does. I think he's more concerned about picking up straw papers in the parking lot instead of what his employees are doing. There might be 2 people working there that knows what's going on. Maybe hire some people who can actually talk, speak, open their mouth. Please spend some time at your restaurant and fix the service
This is possibly the best McDonald's in Central Florida. They always get our order right and the burgers almost look like the pictures. Kudos to this team and the manager on duty!
I’d LOVE to see this McDonalds not mess up an order. I’ve probably wasted close to $30 in the last year on menu items that have been given to me wrong that had to be thrown away due to general dislikes or allergies. I cannot get through to management. Disappointed & will not be patronizing any longer.
I only go if I get a good deal on their app. They had 40% off entire order so I treated coworkers to some Mcdoubles and Mcchickens for Valentine's Day. I'll have to give McDonald's credit as to still having good and fast service when other fast-food places are struggling to find workers.
My review has changed. The young boy on 02/08/22 PM shift handling the cash at the drive through has no customer service skills. He doesn’t great patrons. He doesn’t know how to multitask with cash. After giving him over what was needed he still proceeded to give me the incorrect amount. After telling him what I gave him, he flung a dime at me. I asked him to give me a bill in exchanged but instead of apologizing for his error or saying I’ll get a manager to open the drawer, he said he can’t open the register. Disorganized and can never get an order out right or fresh. One of the most disappointing locations. Will continue to go out of my way to a different location from now on.
Food was fresh, fast and hot. They have a plexi glass at drive-thru window.I highly recommend. Thank you for protecting your staff and customers.
They have the hrs as open for lobby and yet they closed the door for customers… you guys need to have ur hrs straight. This gets aggravating and upsetting… next time a sign of lobby closed would be great
Service at night is always slow. You wait at the speaker for minutes without even being acknowledged. Sometimes your food is good sometimes it's bad. But whenever I do mention it to the daytime manager,she always makes it right!
