Mine and my gf's go-to McDonald's in the area! I typically do mobile ordering to earn points and use the amazing deals. My order is always accurate, and my food is hot and fresh, paired with friendly service.
We went into the establishment at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday night. There was nobody there in one car in the drive-through most of the time that we were there. Our food took 15 minutes and in the end I still had to go to the counter and ask where it was before we actually received it
I ordered double filet O Fish and I got charged $8.39. I was like why am I being charged double the price of the meal. The cashier told me: “because your ordered the double fish, so the price double”. I was like okay that makes sense. Then, I told her that I would change that to 2 orders instead then she told me it’s the same thing anyway. Then, I was ok with what she said to keep original order. YET, I received a regular filet O Fish, NOT double! I only realized it when I got home. Is it how you lie to your customers??? Deliver the same thing with DOUBLE the price??? Never trust McDonald anymore!
This McDonald's is one of the best. They are always short staffed at night but, are still ss fast as thry would be if fully staffed. One guy is always running cashier window and food window. They never get mad about being busy or anything. Great job staff
This place sucks… they charged us for our order and then came out and told us they didn’t charge us correctly and asked for more money? We asked SEVERAL times if the price was correct and they assured us it was, only to tell us it wasn’t after we had paid. They also added things onto our order that we did not want.Go somewhere else.
When in this morning to order a sausage egg McMuffin combo, went through the drive-through asked Pull foward and wait , Lady comes out with two orders. Asked me if I had a sausage Mc griddle I said no not a sausage Mc griddle and guess what she gives me a chicken Mc griddle. Eileen thinking I had the right sandwich get down the road find out they were giving me the wrong sandwich call them and they asked me what I’d like to come back no I’m on my way to work why would I want to come back, i’m sure my boss would appreciate me being late to work because McDonald’s can’t do anything right. The funny thing is they weren’t that busy, they just can’t get good help I guess
The best McDonalds in central florida. Food is always fresh, Service is quick, restaurant is always clean, staff are always friendly. Great job, everyone!!
Food was fresh, fries had a little too much salt but all in all a great visit
The cashier at the window was very rude and do not know her own company process and procedures and when I advised her of them she wanted to become combative. I understand we don't know everything but if we do not know 100% the information that we are explaining to customers are accurate or truth we shouldn't be providing information at all
Got the egg mcmuffin and caramel frappe. Both were very good.
