Horrible customer service! I placed an order for delivery on 5/11. Somehow the delivery guy stated that my tip had been update to $50.00. He called and spoke with his manager (at least that’s what he said) and she told him that she corrected it there would no issue. The next day I check my account and see that I was in fact charged a $50.00 tip. Called the store and spoke to a “manager” and was told that they saw the mistake and I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. Five business days later no refund. My husband calls the store and speaks with a “manager” first he was hung up on and then told oh someone will call regarding the issue. Not one single person has apologized or seemed concerned that their employee would change my tip amount and that I was overcharged. The customer service has been horrible when this was a “mistake” made by their employee. I have not been rude or irate about the incident and didn’t even make a big deal when the guy showed me that tip was somehow changed to $50.00 because I thought that it would be corrected as it was a “mistake” made by them and not me.

Overall great service and food. I highly recommend steak toppings but always cooked a little longer. I've been eating at this location for over 6 years. I also love the greek salad with my steak pizza. What a great combo.

I think the pizza is good I've had it once but I have not been able to order it ever again there are website doesn't work their app is useless it's been like this for months and months it's ridiculous Don't waste your time when Mark goes pizza you'll never get your order through and when you do you'll probably never get it right

We've been sitting here for about 30 mins waiting on an order to be delivered that would have never come if I hadn't changed the payment method. Called to pay with card instead of cash only to find out JACOB (supervisor, so he says) hadn't fully submitted our order! Well unapologically, he offered to just throw a 10 dollar coupon on my account for the next time after I asked how we would be compensated. Then said the order is being made now and should be delivered in 20 minutes. Then said he ended to "wrap this up" because he had to make my order. So I asked wrap what up? He goes this conversation. At that time, I immediately cancel the order because you don't get to screw up, speak nasty to me and expect for me to give you my money! I don't know what world JACOB lives in but he needs to be more efficient, pleasant, considerate, and competent to work in management if that is really his title.

I never ate Marco pizza and I always got mix messages about Marco pizza so I decided to check it out I asked the staff for a Sample tasteHe said I would have buy a small pie because Marco pizza don’t sale slicesI was disappointed because I just wanted to taste test your brand pizza I never had issue to taste test with other pizza brands specially if they don’t sell slices of pizza.

Pizza is among the best for franchise pizza chains. It's consistent and delicious with generous toppings. Sometimes they're a little slow with getting my order out for delivery but the pizza is always good.

Good food. Customer service is OK. Food is ready quickly and prices are good.

I’ve been going to this location for years a never really had a problem until my last two orders! In the past they have gotten orders incorrect and it was okay because everyone makes mistakes! But I ordered 2 weeks ago and they for my soda’s (I can hardly find my favorite soda Sierra Mist), my sauces and my crust was not well done! They credited me and the following week I asked for a well done crust again and this time I don’t know if they were trying to be funny or not, but the crust was burnt and went in the trash! Never again I just go to one a little farther out!
