45 minute wait for a hot and ready pizza. Had to leave.
This location is pretty good always been hot n fresh and the workers there are fantastic!!!
After no one answering phone for more than 45 minutes i drive to the lil Caesars on ocoee Apopka rd. Normally everything is great. Not today! Waited in a long drive through line. Finally got up to the speaker . The person said "may i take your order " i gave it to her then she says pull up to the window and give the girl your order. What? Ok so i wait again about 10 more minutes in a storm. So when i let my window down i get wet. I wait for someone to come to the window . 3 young females walking around doing something and speaking to each other. Finally one comes to the window and takes my order Again, then says i have to tell you we have nothing ready it will be about a 55 minute wait. Nope, sale lost!!!!!!
Service is pretty fast and they're extremely friendly. The girls that work there are always enamored by my Aussie Shepherd sitting in the back seat and want to give her pepperoni lol. Haven't had any issues with food quality, always piping hot and tastes like standard Little Caesars.
All the workers are very friendly ever since they got new people in there it has gotten alot better. Yes they usually don't answer the phone because they are new they don't get lot of people on shift during the day and night shift through the week but my food has been made wonderful and hot
Don't bother calling here, I been calling non stop and can't get an answer.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. One of the worst pizza locations! Order from anywhere but here! Constantly messing up orders and don’t correct it!
