5 stars earned. Came in feeling a little slow if yk what I mean??... however the employees there were very understanding and helpful. Food was great as usual
Unfair business practices. If you order online and make a mistake, they will not accommodate you. We called several times and they would not pick up the phone. Shame on the Saturday crew. This order should have been a little over $27, instead it was over $60 because we got charged for them making the subs over. Not our fault that they don't pick up the phone after we made several attempts to correct the order. We called management again. They still charged us. Shame on me for sending new customers this week.
Everytime I go in the store, everything is great, they cook fresh chicken, my food is good. However, when I order online, I get dry, old chicken that I thought was Philly meat. I spent 18$ for a giant sub with dry chicken, no amount of condiments helped, trust me i tried. I'm not sure if this is an integrity issue, because I wasn't ordering in person and watching or if they are training new people but this was my favorite after a long day at work sub spot in ocoee and I will not be returning after this.
Wow!!!!! What a great experience from the moment I came in I was greeted with smiles and my order perfect no mess. I ordered lunch for my staff and I truly appreciated the neatness of my sandwiches. The manager even took time to ask me if everything looked good I said absolutely! I told him I would definitely be ordering from this location more. Thanks so much guys see you soon!!!!

Friendly staff and the Cheesesteaks are great. Kind of pricey but worth it.
