I ordered 1 large pizza and a salad tonight via the Hungry Howie's website which stated delivery 60 minutes. I called at 80 minutes and 90 minutes to check on my order, and manager stated it was on its way. Two hours go by and the manager states no address on file and couldn't deliver. I then received a call from the store again stating they have the wrong address and again asked me for my address. All times asked I provided same address as on my electronic receipt stating "delivered to", and still no delivery received 3 hours later. This was even after the delivery driver called from a restricted number to verify my address and stated "you are four miles away, and will be there in about 20 minutes. " Manager of Hungry Howies's states there is nothing he can do outside of refunding my money, because they use Doordash as their delivery service and the delivery drivers are not employed by them. Do not order from them if you are not picking up your order as they do not guarantee their delivery service in any capacity. If you receive your order consider yourself lucky.
I give it 2 stars because the pizza needed way more time cooking. The bottom was super oily and not done. When I got home, I had to put it in the over another 10 minutes. I know they are busy, but cook the pizza. ( note: it was good after more time in over)
The staff was great. The delivery guy was so friendly and a huge help. Thank all of you for great tasting pizza and the cookie was still warm
*Revised Review* ordered from here again and got a Pepperoni and bacon pizza and they only put bacon on it when it was delivered. It’s not that hard.*Original Review* Had a good experience.. it’s not the best Hungry Howies ever BUT for my first time ordering from here, I had no problems.
The guy that was working was rude and nasty .act like it was a problem to take my order bc i walk in

This has to be the worst pizza placd around.enployee's dont care about the job at all.act like they got it bad go work outside and then you can cry making pizza is hard. Always a problem with this store whether ive got to hear them complaining about their job or like tonight closing 25 minutes early after they already took my order . Would have been nice for someone to leave me a message takes 10 seconds.
The employees need to be a little more attentive to the customers. No boots acknowledged me when I walked in and I had to get there attention to ask for my order which was sitting ready and paid in full.The food on the other had was great.
Made order at 640 pm and still no delivery as of yet, 853 pm. Checked delivery email stated on road, I only live 4 miles down the road still no delivery. No answer when I call to get update on my food. Should be a zero rating, but Google doesn’t allow me to rate that low!
Ordered my food at 5PM, it said it would be a 90 minute wait, so I knew it would be awhile...after 2 hours I called up there with no answer, the phone was picked up twice and hung up. After 15 minutes of that I finally got someone who said my order was going out when the delivery guy got back. 1 hour later I tried calling again, took me only 10 minutes to get through this time, and they still hadn't even finished making my order and didn't know when they would deliver it...long story short I drove up there and finally got my food 3.5 hours later, half of it was cold, the other half over cooked. They were under staffed and under trained. NEVER ever go to this store!!
