The first time we ever had a problem at this Hardee's the employee complained about our squeaky vehicle....had us pull forward and brought our food said have a good day,but forgot our drink,when we asked about it he said was being made still and couldn't admit he forgot about it,which isn't a big deal at all! he gave me a nasty look when he went back inside,and returned with my drink. which I didn't drink due to fear he did something to my drink...?
Food was good today, however food is generally better around lunch. Dinner usually not so much.
Customer service was great. Which is an important part of any experience.
The fish sandwich was available early. I had it with everything and extra tartar sauce. Best fish sandwich in the game. I make mine at home with a little bit more flavor, but this was actually good.
Food was fresh and hot but I waited in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for no less than 15 minutes.

The food was amazing, I must say that monster bacon burger was huge. It was well put together. I ordered a regular and omg, I had a hard time finishing up everything . I was in the car eating and as I was leaving the manager was at her car and I had to tell her the food was amazing. It was two lovely ladies, one had cool colors in her hair and wore glasses, very professional and the manager was to. Will come again . I think they was the only 2 working tonight and they took care the customers. Should of got the names, the one drove a white dodge van, the manager.
The employees were great, very professional and helpful. Food came out in a timely manner. And the food was amazing!!!! And i rarely says this ... great job guys... yall have a good team there
Good breakfast, considering it was close to changeover for lunch. Restaurant was clean and employees were helpful and friendly. The only issue was they didn't have coffee brewed. Only took a couple minutes to make coffee
