Franco's Pizza has excellent pizza and their other Italian dishes are very good although I believe the people that own this are either lazy or have another business on the side because they are almost always closed they're closed on Mondays they're closed at 9:00 they closed at 7:00 they're closed on Wednesdays don't waste your time going there they're probably going to be closed
After getting to my hotel room in Orlando on Jan 8th 2022,I called this place for a delivery. Whoever the guy was that took my phone order was very rude and he never gave me an estimated time for delivery. An hour later,still had no food,so I tried calling back to cancel my order,even after calling both #s on their flyer,no one ever answer the phone. Another 20 mins later,the delivery guy finally shows up. I made sure to tell him how rude the guy was in the phone and I was trying to call to cancel my order. I needless to say I was very unhappy because I had waited an hr & 20 mins for my food,and it was barely warm when I got it. Food was ok,not the greatest, and garlic knots were way over-loaded with garlic and the other thing was almost burnt.I will not ever order from Franco’s Pizza again if I am back in Orlando . ??
Called in an order for two pizza's and an order of mozzarella sticks @6:25PM and was told it would be about an hour. I called at 7:50PM to find out why my order hasn't been delivered and I was told that they told me it would be 1 1/2Hrs not one. The receipt say's "quoted 7:25PM" not 7:55PM. The order finally arrived @ 8:30PM. The food was not worth more than a two hour wait. I would have gave a lower rating but one is the lowest I can do.

Should have posted this a week ago when I went there for takeout. I cannot believe I waited so long to try Franco's. Great service over the phone on my order but even better when I went in. Pizza was incredible and the chicken parm may be one of the best I've ever had. First time I've eaten from there but definitely not the last. Outstanding!

Stromboli out of this world, on point with mannies. Salads, I would like to have shredded, dressing supperb.a five star taste for sure.
I am so happy I rediscovered Franco’s!!! The food tastes like it came from an authentic NY pizza shop. The pizza was so good…there was no left overs! Order it…you will be happy you did!
I'm here from NY on vacation in Ocoee and this is legit NY style pizza. Nice crust, great taste, and excellent customer service as well!!! Keep up the outstanding work!!!
