The place is so hit or miss(more miss), every other employee will make your sub different(if they don't like mustard you better not either), the bread comes out half baked(wheat bread so light I thought they gave me the wrong sub), and it's just a disappointing experience because I've been to so much better Firehouses. All of these things happen daily here so go in expecting subway you you might leave with something good.
This is one of my favorite locations to visit customer service and management is beyond five stars my subs are always fresh the location is always busy but never busy enough to have my food on time.
Have been to this location plenty of times and have gotten great service and food. But went there on Wednesday night at 8pm and even though there were plenty of workers they never greeted us. I ordered the cheese steak and my friend ordered the italian. When I got home just down the street the cheese steak was just luke warm and the green peppers were not cooked enough and in long strips. Maybe the crew didn't have good supervision for the night? Will still go there but not at night.
