The store was closed by 4:15pm on a Sunday. As I waited in the drive thru line, I could see an employee bringing boxes of donuts out to put in a car... she went back in and then came out and hoped in the car and left. So when I went back around the building all of a sudden there was a closed sign. Change online hours if the store is going to be closed!!!!
Line was so long. I waited 15 minutes and the line had not moved. I finally had to leave. The drive thru line was around the building. It could be that there was a group of teens (spring break) not sure but I will choose a different location in the future.
They don't follow any covid safety guidelines, and when asked why not, I was told because they're a franchise and don't have to. They messed up my entire order and just plain out didn't give me the 25 donut munchkins that I ordered, refused to get it right and argued with me. And the person I was talking to Ladies and gentlemen #WAS the general manager. I asked his name and he whispered what sounded like Frank. I wasn't sure so I asked again and he just hung up on me. And when I called again, after letting it ring and ring, he just answered and hung up on me again. Horrible Experience ????
The whole last week, the coffee was bitter and nasty. Worse, someone there took my card number. For 3 days in a row, my card was charged at 3 in the morning (I'm in bed) again at 530,which is real. They can keep the money, I'll continue to run my mouth! My son and I went to the major competitor today. Everything perfect.
I’ve never seen a store this slow im my life. The drive through and the lobby. Crew needs retrained on how to operate in a high volume store. No one should stand in the line, inside our out for 30 minutes! Pick up your pace or hire new employees
This store in ridiculously SLOW. The two big black women who work evenings sliding do their job. They sit around goofing off and handing out cold, watered down coffee because they are too lazy to make more, despite having 3 hours left before closing. These two don’t take their employment seriously like most of the staff here. No one lasts longer than 3 months here before they either quit or get fired. The drive through is a joke. It’s always wrapped around he building , and now they just keep locking the lobby in the mornings so it’s even worse. Go to Starbuck’s. It’s a far superior store!
Had to come back to edit my review. I just recently moved to the Ocoee area and this became my closest location. However, I came to this location and was refused service by Aaron. He stated the living room was closed but there was a customer in there when I entered. Called up to the store today and asked for owners info and Greg hung up on me. I honestly will never spend another dime at this store and I hope everyone else reading this understand that this is how this Dunkin’ Donuts is ran. Bye Dunkin!
AVOID this location like the plague. Employees here don't wear gloves when preparing food. On 11/15/21 @ around 1040, i went in the store because my debit card wasn't returned. The blonde woman and the latin looking guy (who had a unkempt appearance) were extremely rude. I don't know their names because they had no name tags. I asked for my debit card and they claimed it was returned...it wasn't. The guy ,which I guess from the receipt ,name is Aroon told me the debit card is up my a**hole. In front on a few customers at that. Needless to say, i will NEVER come back to this dirty location and tell ALL my followers on social media to never go to such a disgusting place, with vulgar, uncouth and uneducated employees

Went for for my favorite donut and Iced Latte SaturdayThe milk was bad so disappointed as it was a hour drive to work and I wouldn't be back for three days When I did get back that Monday Evening . I was told to come back the next day as the manager wasn't there in the evenings . Friday did not make it the next day. Just got back from being treated so disrespectful the Manager said I didn't get it there because They don't have orange straws and I couldn't possibly have gotten it from their location and She cannot give me a refund or make me a New one because I don't have the receipt because I wasn't given one .Told her I can show her proof from my bank draft , she said it isn't going which location . And would not assist me . Told me if I didn't leave she was going to call the cops because there was a customer waiting and she was done with me . Wish I had taken a picture of it myself and hadn't thrown it away because her employee took a picture of it . Cause she would be cleaning it up now .If anyone knows where I can get chocolate coconut donuts because this location is the only one I know that has them .Please Post because so far between locations I travel , this is only one I know of that has chocolate coconut donuts. ☹️
