Apparently all dunkin donuts should be closed on Sundays. I went to 3 stores and only 1 was actually open. Then waited in line for no one to answer on the intercom. I went inside to hear an employee tell the woman who was waiting behind me in the drive thru that "the intercom is not working." So the customer offered to put a note on the intercom for the employee... Why did it have to take a customer to come in for a note to be placed on the intercom? After driving to the 3rd location I am so disgusted with dunkin donuts customer service. Also, change your online hours to reflect when you are actually closed!!!!!
Tables where ALL filthy, floor has trash all over the place. Garbage were stuff to the gills.- no napkins- no bacon cheddar egg bites- no paper in the printer to print my receipt which I need for reimbursement.- no managementDo yourself a favor...Find a different location
Person who was taking my order I guess felt I wasn’t ordering quickly enough so pretended he got my entire order wrong, like completely different items than what I asked for when he read it back. I gave him the full order again, he apologized by saying “my bad…” as I pulled around.Then made my iced cake batter Signature latte with cake batter syrup at the bottom, and a squirt of whipped cream on top. I wouldn’t care so much except, everything that makes a signature latte is what was left off and these cost more so why not make it according to what I paid for? Also, it was chalk white so they definitely forgot the espresso. Disappointing experience. Only gave a two star because they made my food fresh.
ok first off i understand being understaffed but customer service comes first. you guys are always out of crossaints and i call the store before i place my order online and then when i call. NO ONE ANSWERS!! i’m truly upset rn ???? because it’s like you’re always out of this certain item so i’m trying to make sure i get what i want. then when i get there “we don’t have any croissants” learn to answer the phone OR just show not available or something if ur out of the croissants.
Used my T-Mobile Tuesday 2 dollar Dunkin gift card. Picked up a blueberry and double chocolate donut for 53 cents. I don't know if it's just me but the food I've been getting from take out places lately just don't taste as good as it did just a few years back.?
So I went in the drive-through to order my free frozen coffee and a wake up wrap, there was a inconvenience while in the drive-through. Anyways , When I pulled through,they gave me my order and they gave me whipped cream on my coffee & two wake up wraps instead of just one I ordered . Such amazing service from Dunkin’ Donuts! Thanks so much for making my morning !
I absolutely can only praise the young man at the window this afternoon.The cash scanner wasn't working. He said don't worry about it I said let me give you the cash I have.He said.no really its okay. I said well let me give you what I have as a tip. He said.no really its okay...I was amazed that he was so kind and and considerate. They work really hard to please.the customer
They need help desperately. I went inside to order. It took almost 30 mins to get to the counter. The drive through was backed up too!! Shaking my head for real.
They don't always mix the frozen coffee very well. Frequently end up with a layer of flavorless ice crystals on top with the bottom being liquid goo.
I have visited often and quite frequently have a sub-par experience. The line could have one car in front of you but you will still wait 10 minutes for a simple order. Today my coffee had to be remade because they made it incorrectly. Once it was remade, there were coffee grinds all in the cup! This was the last time messing up! I won’t be back.
