On May 24th I went to Dunkin' donuts a once arrived at the window...I noticed my order wasn't right and ask the your lady to please correct it.. I experienced a angry bird manager that was very negative very ?..as though she should have maybe taken the date off. your negative energy reflects your coworkers you're supposed to be leadership if the order wasn't right ....once I got to the window I had the patience to wait until it was corrected... unfortunately because of your negative attitude.... 1st impressions are the best impressions, therefore I decided to cancel my order... Then you proceeded to get Disrespectful by saying she can get a refund not a problem. Which I can say the young lady helping me out the window kept it very professional. You're right I do have the right to cancel my order because I do not want an angry bird to be serving me any food although you had 3 customers leave the line due to the waiting 30 minutes in line one custome park to go inside.
I waited in the drive thru for a little bit because my avocado toast was taking a little longer than usual. The manager came by to check the line building up and said hello to me and she was very kind. The cashier gave me not one but two free donuts for my wait!! the girls there were so nice and i will be coming to this dunkin in ocoee before work from now on.
I always come to that Dunkin and typically enjoy my experiences; however, my sister ordered from the app and pulled up to the drive through to find all the workers vaping outside and not in the building. When she asked for her food, they said they were out of everything she ordered. When she asked for some other things on the menu, they said that they didn't have anything on the menu and told her too bad. Needless to say our business will no longer be at that Dunkin if it continues service like that. At that point I didn't even care about the order, I just cared about how rude and careless the staff were. They would not be allowed to open if they were out of everything so I knew that was a lie too.
In and out pretty quickly, and had a peppermint chocolate latte for the first time, and it was amazing ?? Cashier was pretty cute too, but that's besides the point. Lmao ?
Please check your order before leaving the drive-thru, 100% of the time they are always missing food from my order. On top of that, the workers just throw the food in the bag, upside down donuts which leaves all the frosting on the bag and not the donut. Smh horribly trained workers here, continually disappointing me. ?

I went to this location For coffee I go there about four or five times a week. Last night I went around 8 PM and I got some lukewarm coffee and the 2nd cup was a pumpkin spice and it didn’t taste like pumpkin spice. So I go back today with 2 cups almost full and I asked for them to replace it. Manager just says she’ll make me a fresh cup that wants to charge me full price. I told the lady at the window I’m not paying to get the manager, The manager says just give them a discount without talking to me. Then the girl at the window trying to charge me the discounted price I told her I’m not Paying call the manager. The manager is upset that I’m still at the window. I say excuse me and she says with an attitude to the lady at the window just give them those coffees and never speaks to me like a manager should. Totally rude and this is the way the a regular customer is treated here. I’m never going back to this location might be the time to try Starbucks I never had a situation at Starbucks. I would give a negative star but it only allows for the 1 star.
Main complaint is it seems no one knows exactly how to PROPERLY mix their latte's.. AT ALL. I visited the Dunkin on Colonial/kirkman and the one on Colonial past Clarke Rd...same issue. The hashbrowns were mushy and the sandwiches tasted like they sat under the heat lamp too long (The second location). Overall poor service as the girl in drive thru repeatedly asked me to repeat my order...maybe her mic was not working properly...idk...but I heard her just fine. (Kirkman location). ? Just an overall blah.
The employees themselves are really nice but they’re always out of everything and the drinks are not great
