Went here yesterday for the first time around 12:15 pm, the staff member there was very kind and the ice cream tasted amazing. Would love to visit again and definitely recommend going and taking family or however you please. I got the Chocolate devotion and tasted the Oreo Overload. Great Ice Cream, not too expensive like I thought it would be, and nice staff, so yeah ??
They really need a better system for making ice cream and cashing out customers, it’s very unsanitary. The staff makes the ice cream, checks the customers out, and then directly back to making orders without washing or at least sanitizing their hands. No one washed their hands. That’s disgusting especially with everything that’s going around. I had to ask the lady preparing my ice cream to wash her hands (after she finished handling cash) before helping me, which she did. Nevertheless, the staff seemed friendly and patient.Also, the store appeared clean, but the ice cream was subpar. The strawberries that were mixed into my dessert tasted like chunks of frozen ice and the strawberry ice cream had an artificial taste. My son said his brownie in his treat was bland and tasteless. Overall, my family and I had a total of five desserts and everyone agreed that it wasn’t worth the money for us, we’ve had better.
I enjoy your ice cream and the friendly service, I'm not happy with your advertising. I mean, in the store you display 3 or 4 big poster frames of women having your ice cream. You do not recognize all the boys and girls and adults of color who happily visit your store.I'm an old woman from Argentina and I really like divesity and integration.
Ice cream is good because of the franchise but the service here is horrible. A few weeks after they opened I placed an order prior to going into the store and when I was able to walk out I realized something was missing. When I asked about it, the person behind the counter said they didn't know what that meant so they left it out. I gave it another chance and this time when I arrived home, the order was missing items and other parts were wrong. I called the store and they did apologize for the mistake. Today I just spent over 20 minutes while they slowly assisted the customer ahead of us. We waited over 30 minutes to get 3 scopes of ice cream and a milkshake with just one customer ahead of us. The service at this location is terrible. The girl helping us asks me if we wanted whip cream on top while turning her back to us so with a blender going she is definitely not going to hear us. She turns around 10 seconds later and give us a look as if she was waiting the entire time for us to respond. To summarize, good ice cream, extremely slow service and no attention to detail. I doubt I will visit again and would advice anyone to stay away.
Ice cream always good, but customer service was horrible. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the person helping us gave us an attitude because they did not have enough ice cream in the ice cream store. We asked for a creation, and she made too much of it, which was perfectly capable of fitting in the container we ordered, but instead of giving it to us, she deliberately threw it in the trash in front of us while sighing and rolling her eyes the whole time. We told her thank you and she didn’t even respond, absolutely terrible customer service.
Went to this location yesterday evening. The line was long, only 2 employees at one point and one was making mostly online orders. The customers were patient, but the employees were visibly stressed, which is understandable. My ice cream pretty much had the piece of cake plopped on the top, barely mixed in, but I promise that's not what I came here to complain about.The 'love it' sized bowls ran out so one of the employees went to get more. She dropped several of them on the floor, picked them up, PUT THEM IN THE STACK TO USE, and continued on making orders. YUCK! That is absolutely disgusting, unsanitary. Those bowls should have been THROWN AWAY and she should have washed her hands after picking them up from the floor. I hope management has a talk with current and new employees in the future about cleanliness. That is not ok.This place was chaotic, the way the employees were working was very inefficient. The line would have gone a lot quicker if one of the employees was the designated one to check out all the customers, while the other 2 make the orders. Again, thinking about cleanliness, this is also better. The employees are handling money, credit cards, etc and then going to make orders. This is a time when we all need to be more careful about the spreading of germs.
Good quality ice cream but not so good service.
My first time at this location. They nailed it! Perfectly made my own personal creation. I call it Carnival Cake - cake batter ice cream with yellow cake, cone pieces, pecans, and caramel mix-ins.
Was excited about the fact they were opening. Stopped in and bought one of their specialty cakes. Spent $40 on it, but was extremely disappointed, to say the least. The cake tasted old and not much flavor to the ice cream. Ice cream deserts don’t last long in our house. Bought this over a week ago and we still have half of it left, just hate to throw it out since we paid as much as we did.
Great ice cream, but poor service. Stood in line for 45 minutes. Servers were not being efficient with managing how they work and one even went outside to hug someone while the line was very long. They eventually read the moment and all three began serving. At this point the service improved but then I was next.I am only reviewing to see if this will help the service and time component of the business. Looking forward to improvements because this type of business is well needed in this area.
