I consistently have a terrible experience with this location, they have gotten my delivery order wrong on multiple occasions. Today I redeemed a reward for delivery and the order was cancelled by the store, and now the app is saying I can no longer use the reward because it was already used, even though the order was cancelled by the store. Ridiculous.
I usually love Chipotle, but the people working here are just angry about something.Asked for salsa on the side so me and a friend could split a bowl. They forgot the salsa and charged me extra for it. I didn't even care about paying extra for it, but then they just stared at me.I asked again if I could have the salsa I got for the side. They just took the order for the woman behind me.Won't be back.
Ironically I'm not usually one to leave a review. This location has been a consistent problem so much so that I rarely visit it. Today had to be the icing on the cake though. I ordered a burrito and half of my toppings are on the side in little cups. This wasn't a online order either it was in person and when I said something about it the young lady seem to have an attitude the situation wasn't resolved either. Money isn't easy to come by nowadays especially when it wasted like this. I understand proper employees are hard to come by as well. At the end of the day it's just a consistent disappointment.
It was not a good night. There was quite a wait for orders made online for some reason, while the inside was not that busy. Maybe a back up with cooking the food. It was unclear the issue. Only one person working the front line and then they started to form a line there of people just waiting to be served and line not moving. Was unusual to me in a Chipotle.
Ordered a burrito bowl, brown rice was crunchy (undercooked), and the equivalent of a tablespoon size amount of meat was all I got. Do yourself a favor, don't order online..If you need to have something from chipotle, order while there in person, and plan ahead for time since the line was all the way out the front door. For a meal item that costs over $10 and what you get, not worth the money at all.
I ordered Uber eats from here and this is what I received. How and when is it ever okay to send someone something so sloppy and half full? My husband ordered a burrito and look what he got! Where is the rest of my food!? No the bowl wasn’t tampered with by the Uber driver! This is what was sent to me by the workers. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. The food is delicious. I like having veggies in my burrito and they had plenty. (This is usually not the case at other locations). The service at this location is always so friendly and helpful. They truly make me feel like they are happy I came in. The eating area is clean.
Ordered ahead. Got there about 20 minutes later. It said only 5-10 min wait. When I arrived it wasn't ready. No one acknowledge me standing there even when there were no customers. Finally one girl came out from the back with multiple orders. Opened it up to find my order wasn't made correctly
I went there with my mother and sister to get 3 bowls of salad. The workers were fast, nice, clean, patient, and willing to help. The place looks nice and organized. It was a really good choice that night.
Of course they have great food but the only issue and the reason I don't go often is that they are always understaffed with a line literally out the door.
