Food is always great but I the last four times I have gone through the drive through, my order is always wrong. They never repeat or confirm your order before you pay or before getting to the window and then when you get to front of of the line.. they just state its how the order was. The drive through is such a pain trying to get through the parking lot it's never worth going back through to get the order fixed.
I love Chick-fil-A but this particular restaurant needs to get their act together. Maybe it's due to the long lines but messing up orders and not having a number to call is unacceptable. The number they give also just puts you on hold indefinitely.
Very much wrong for having employees in the tab with no umbrella nothing!! Very disappointed
Treats their employees HORRIBLE and had them DRENCHED IN RAIN SERVING FOOD . I would have been uncomfortable so I know they were . This specific location is a NO NO
By far the worst CFA I’ve ever visited. Crappy technology and lack of customer service. Do NOT us your app here, they will take your money, promise it will appear back after their system unfreezes, and then deny when you go back after noticing your money is still not on your app. This location gives CFA a bad name.
Amazing staff! Every time I come to this location, I do the curbside ordering which is always very quick and efficient. The app is extremely easy to use for placing an order. Most of the time the staff even helps you to back out of your parking space!All the food is fresh and great quality and I have noticed this location specifically goes the extra mile with specific orders or custom orders. Since this is a very busy restaurant, it is easy to overlook custom orders, (my family can be quite picky) but they always are spot on here!Truly the kindest people! I highly recommend this location!
My huaband loves the food at Chick fil A and this is a great company with great values. The staff is polite and there storee are clean. I have never been disappointed with the service.I like that the company holds on to values in a world that seems to be moving away from them.My only concern is staff doesnt wear mask when you pull up to the window for pick up. Staff get your food from the window and brings it to your car with no mask, but they do wear mask when taking orders while in line.Although the world is moving forward all are not able due to medical conditions. Chick fil A may be the only business if theses changes occur that in the future is known to cater to the compromise, because they care.Most people who are compromised go through the drive through to prorect themselves. Please keep this in mind.
I Totally love it to have fast food from this restaurant, it is so delicious for me to make my fast order from here, I have enjoyable experience here! I get a right order that I make for so much of a wonderful dinner! Dining is great! ???
I ordered two kids meals from this location, and pulled the fries from the bag like this when I made it home. They should really be filling the boxes up to the top and not half way. The customer service is usually good here, but the food is hit or miss.
Guests able to eat indoors now. Spacious but very busy location. Of course same great food! Beth was outstanding service inside. Very courteous and attentive to everyone inside. Shout out to EVERYONE at this location!
