Worst Burger King. Terrible service, every time I come here I hope it is better but is not. There’s always something wrong, either they don’t have something in the menu or we need to wait for something to start working again. I don’t know what happen with all burger kings (this one is the worst) but all the burger kings are bad, the food is good but the rest I swear. That’s why McDonald’s get more customers. If you guys had a better service and management you would be better.
Cashier mumbled while taking my order. Than had an attitude when I asked her to repeat what she said. She didn't look my way to say hello to get money or say thank you come again. As much as nephew loves burger King we will not be back at this location. Customer service was just that bad and rude
Worst Burger King I have ever been to. I kick myself everytime I go to this BK in hopes I might get better service or better quality of food. Nope!! Whom ever is in charge of the district in which this Bk resides needs to investigate this one.
I usually rate Burger King good to great but they messed up my order so bad this time I had no choice but 1 star. I ordered 2 rodeo burgers w/ cheese and extra patties for both which cost extra for both cheese and patties. I received 1 rodeo burger and 1 hamburger. Neither had extra patty or cheese. Seemed like employees did it purposely because of special order.
My breakfast was actually hot and fresh. I usually go to the ocoee location on Clarke but this time they really did good with my food. They need to keep it up!!!!
Every Burger King I’ve been to lately is just falling apart . I stopped going to the one in Apopka because they literally have nothing there every time I go . I tried this one and there drive through is closed is it me or every Burger King I go to is missing something. I’m done trying
Why is the interior of this location closed.. hours say till 10pm on the door and no sign otherwise, it's currently 5:34pm and the doors are locked. Just went to another location before this and no one would respond through the drive thru. Apparently Burger King just doesn't want to serve customers anymore and wants to go out of business.
Asked for burger to be off the broiler twice & extra salt on my fries, Instead she ignored me & said she’ll throw in salt packets. Lazy drive thru worker didn’t even do that, instead gave me an old whopper with no salt packets that she said she was gonna put in the bag.
This Burger King is horrible.. terrible customer service! I sat at drive thru for 10-15 mins, I wasn’t greeted I had to say hello for them to tell me the system is down and cannot accept orders. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
By far the slowest Burger King I've ever been to. The employees truly don't care, asu can see then just standing there. On three different occasions, waited over 25 minutes stuck in the drive threw. Just to relieve cold food and not even a apology for the time wasted. There is nothing good about this store except for the fact they have cold ice!!!
