These people are excessively rude and racist. At 18:00 on mother's day when I went to go pick up a meal, the lady was being extremely rude over the mic and I guess she forgot she left the mic on being racist under her breath.Then when I tried to say excuse me... she yelled at me.. ... Wow, this is how burger king treats "Paying Customers".I stayed quiet so she would spit in my food paid filled out the review while waiting. An I will contact corporate tomorrow.
Oh my goodness Burger King staff what are you doing?? If you don’t like your job then go some where else. I placed an order to be delivered. I don’t know who’s order I got. But I hope they enjoyed what I had ordered. You need to get it together. Let me manage this place I would put all you little kids in check about how to rub a franchise. The people who run this store need to be taught how to manage other people. So many stores being ran by people who do not care about anything. Burger King fix the problem. Thank you
Staff needs to practice better customer service. Two different workers walked by the register and didn't say we'll be with you when we can. They didn't say hello or anything. 3 people in front of me left because they didn't get acknowledged. I waited about 5 minutes after they left before a girl finally came and asked me what I wanted. The food was delicious though.
The food was not well prepared. Sauce everywhere in the sandwich bag, and the quality of the chicken was also sub par. Threw most of it out. Try them again in another year or so I guess.
Lobby closed, drive thru service only. OK but only taking orders at window 30+ min no way to leave the line.
The worst burger King I've ever ever been to. While I waited 20 minsv in the drive threw ,before even being greeted (one moment please for 20 mins) just to be told they don't have 2 of the items I came. Asked for a manager who never came. I will never go back to this Burger King ever. This visit has spoiled my feelings so much on BK this is the second location by me with horrible service. Not that Bk cares but u lost one for a long time with me. No one cares at this location!!!!
Drive through is always slow. It would be great if they had more than 2 workers. The food is ok, but wait is always long. Where's the staff

Burger King beat McDonald's out any day of the week month or year well sometime location has a lot to do with it and management of course but my last experiences with Burger King has been excellent but you know as I have always said I'm not a McDonald's fan anyway
I'll be honest here because I think Burger King has the best tasting burgers out of all the fast food and a lot of the higher dollar burger joints. But the service is slow and some of the food might be cold but the taste and quality of the meat make up for it. I'm not so much picky on service as I am on enjoying the flavor of my food. ?✌
