I was so disappointed with this Baskin Robbins location near my home on Ocoee, FL on Silver Star and Clarke. This is the 2nd time I've been there and the service is beyond horrible. There's noone there, they make you wait in the drive thru so long, you have to turn off your engine, then they have hardly any choices of ice cream and they will most likely get your order wrong. Usually attended by a couple of youngsters playing around and being silly. Such a shame
It’s alright, we need more Baskin Robbins where I live.
Stay away. Always short of toppings. Always short of ice cream. Always short of staff. No longer 59 flavors more like four. This was even before the pandemic.
They are the only store that had my cherry jubilee ice cream. I drove 30mins to get it. They were very very helpful and respectful..the manager was very friendly
Far and away THE WORST drive through service you can imagine. They are slow to acknowledge you when you pull up, have nothing in stock EVER and act confused 3/4 of the time. This would be a comedy routine if not real: Me: Hello??? DD: (5 minutes a couple horn “beeps” and about 3 additional hellos) yeah go ahead: ME: Could I have a banana split? DD: (long pause) a what? ME: (raising my voice cuz maybe the mike is bad) A BANANA SPLIT; DD: we don’t have bananas; ME: How about a 3 scoop sundae?; DD: a what?; Me: (rapidly losing patience) a SUNDAE, 3 scoops of ICE CREAM?: DD: oh, yeah we got those….And so it went with him not having any flavors of ice cream or half of the toppings you might ordinarily expect. I eventually gave up and just drove off
Ice cream was good. But service sucked
The service is slow and they got my order and the 2 guests head of order wrong as well. I don't know who the owner of this place is but Why would you invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and don't take the time to hire the right people and time to train them? Mind as well take your money to Vegas you would have a better return on your investment.
I got there at 8:30pm and its supposed to close at 10pm. The open sign was off, doors were locked, and nobody was available at drive through. You guys really need to step it up. Why would you close so early especially being a Baskin Robbins location its not like this location is only breakfast food anyways.
Just got here at 6 35 pm on a Saturday and it is closed.
8:55 pm on a Tuesday night and you're closed but it states you're open until 10:00 each night. What gives?
