very disappointed in my visit about 30 mins ago. Waited in drive thru for about 25 mins and quickly found out why when I gave my order. the girl wouldn't stop talking long enough to get the words out of my mouth for the order. took me about 10 minutes to order 3 meals. the point of a drive through is to be quick and easy. I had two separate orders and had to tell her 4 different times to split them up. If the customer orders a food that requires a spoon/ fork common sense would tell you to add that to the bag but they didn't so I wasn't able to eat my food. they gave me 1 sauce per meal that was not even half way full and expects people to pay for an extra sauce when it's a rip off to begin with. chick fil a gives 3 sauces per meal and doesn't dare charge extra. I not be back here, rip off and takes too long
The drive through window worker thought that his conversation with another staff member was more important than handling us at the window and kept stopping what he was doing to shoot the breeze with her. He almost missed handing us a drink ss he had his back towards us because his was trying to do two things at one time (having a conversation with her and doing his job).Also during our time at the window he proceeded to flick her off. While I didn't have children in the car it put an ill taste in my mouth as in that second he was the face of the company and showing that his peers and the customers don't really deserve his respect.The food was subpar compared to other Zaxbys in the same area. One of the sandwiches was drowned in sauce, to the point the was sauce was all over the inside of the bag and over the other containers in the same bag, while the other sandwich had a small drop of sauce. The fries were not fully cooked and a few were soggy and cold.
Service and quality has really gone downhill..old soggy fries, cold chicken and warm sweet tea. Asked for Zax sauce..was given one and then told 25 cents for another one..while we sat I drive thru for close to 30 minutes and watched someone walk in and out 6 times, filling a cup and emptying into a cup..no doubt why the extra charge for a sauce to off set people who steal. Very disappointing.
If somehow they get your order right it’s usually cooked decently, but it doesn’t matter how many times you clarify that you want teriyaki on your wings, not tongue torch. They used to be spot on but these days staff leaves much to be desired.
Hadn't been to Zaxby's in quite a while. I wanted to try the Signiture Club and stopped by the Pine location. I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru before getting to the window. I figured they may have been short handed, so whatever. When I pull up there were 4 or 5 girls laughing hysterically within 10' of each other. I couldn't see what was going on in the kitchen, but I didn't want any of these people making my food. It was out if control in there. I decided to pull out and leave. I work all day and these people waste my time while they want to get paid to play. An inconsiderate bunch that I wouldn't want representing my business. I bet they couldn't care less about the people spending their time and money. It's just a job to them.
I went inside to get my online order like everyone else, and I was waiting for them to put it out on the shelf for me to grab and leave. I happen to look behind the counter and see a bag that looks like my order, so I go up to the counter after waiting 15 minutes for the food to put in the proper place and she looks at the bag and hands it to me not apologizing or having any feeling of “I did something wrong” and I leave and by the time I get home it’s cold because they didn’t care enough to put my food into the pickup shelf. Seriously zaxbys? Hire better employees who actually care about the customer.
Friendly service and clean business I had the chicken sandwich. I thought it would taste much better it was just ok. Not something I crave going to have to stick with my poppies and Chick-fil-A sandwich. Also not a fam of there French fries. I will have to give this place a second chances all my friends like it
Asked for just flats (wings) and they said okay. After they handed me the food they told me they didn't have them. And they shorted the order. Got 9 instead of 10. I would have been okay with the drummetes, but they should have asked. Wings were not crisp, so kind of gross.
Great chicken, slower service than expected.
Extremely rude. Super quite person in the drive thru that refused to speak up. Messed up my drink and my food order. Gave me attitude when i asked them to give me what i ordered.
