I asked for fried chicken filet and it looked like it had been grilled. Food was Luke warm .I don't go to Saxby but my wife asked for it. I usually go to Lee's for good chicken.i will have to be starving to ever enter Saxby again.
Buns were stale, fries tasted like grease hasn't been changed in a long time. Drive thru worker was pleasant.
This particular location the employees seemed more interested in socializing than taking the order or even getting the food prepared. Zaxby's overall has really good food
Food was delicious as always and good service. A coupon I received Saturday before Father's day wasn't honored. Showed manager my msg and told it was for the next day. Msg should have indicated correct info and manager should have honored.
I was meeting my golf buddy for lunch so we would be eating in. I arrived at noon and it wasn't extremely busy. We ordered our lunches from a very pleasant employee and my buddy picked up the check. Prices were reasonable and service was great.
Unfortunately Zaxby's lacks the upbeat vibe it once had and the food lacked the flavor it once had I took my wife to lunch here today. It was disappointing to see the upbeat environment it used to have is now like a somber funeral home and a fack church service. The food was bland
This location specifically is price gouging. Look at zaxbys 2022 franchise pricing and this location is charging 3-4 dollars on top of that. Appalling what they Hand you for the price; also the quality uas just been thrown out the window. Hard dry chicken. I understand inflation and rise in cost but the owners of this franchise are definitively price gouging, charging 30-40% more than what zaxbys says they are charging. Guarantee that revenue is not helping to increase worker wages or benefits.
Nice place, nice employees, food was okay could use a little more sauce. Wings were kinda dry. But everyone likes their wings prepared differently.
Although the service and employee attitude was courteous, I was absolutely appalled at the amount of food I received for the price I payed. The only item I ordered were the fried spicy mushrooms. I did order an extra zax sauce, which I knew I would be charged for but no biggie. When I received my food there was very little food in the container. DEFINITELY not $6 worth. Even though once I complained, they did give me another batch of mushrooms. I was then told that their food was expensive and that if I returned at a later date and ordered the same, I would receive the tiny amount again. I won't be back!
I have never been to Zaxby's before and most likely won't return. I ordered a Salad. Grilled Chicken was extremely salty, only 2 tiny pieces of bacon, trash cans overflowing, tables in dining room diety with trash on floors. Cashier was ok, not very friendly. Was hoping for a better experience as I had heard good things. Iwas there around 1:30-2pm and was not crowded at all.
