I walked in with my other half to order some food and they were all casually joking which is fine so I began to order my food and I heard the lady who was taking drive through orders call someone stupid infront of customers. The food was great but it was very pleasant for customer service when there's customers in the store and they're playing around talking about people after they take a order. Bot to mention the lady wrote my name wrong.
This is a common place for me to grab lunch. The orders are almost always spot on, aside from an incorrect sauce here or there. I order and pay through the app so it’s an easy pick-up.
Very disappointed in the female counter cashier, she lack professionalism when interacting with customers. The food lack warmth after waiting 15 minutes for our food.
I went for dinner, ordered a 5 fingers plate. The chicken tasted like sausage, very weird. I asked my friend to taste it to make sure it wasnt just me. Something wasnt right. I went to the counter and asked if they maybe they fried different foods in the same grease or had something with the chicken style change. They replied NO. They asked did I want it replaced to I asked them could I taste the boneless wings to make sure it didnt taste the same. It seemed ok, so I agreed to receive an order of those, plain with sauce on side. I heard the guy tell the people that in the back. So i gave them my weird tasting plate and waited. They gave me teriyaki covered boneless wings without the sides. So asked for the sides, one worker was getting them when the manager comes back to the counter and refuses it. Per policy to replace the nasty chicken. So I placed it all on the counter and asked for my money back which they wanted to only pay back a portion of it because of an additional drink that was sitting on the counter full. So I left. Very unsatisfied. That is the last 15.57 you rip off from me. Customer service from the manager was not professional at all. Ended up at Hungary Howies who provided a coupon and lowered my dinner cost with a larger pizza than I was looking to order and tasted just like a pizza! Very nice and courteous service. I dont normally complain or leave reviews like this but if there is something wrong with the chicken people need to be aware. And when paying for a meal we should get what we orderded.
Ordered my food paid with my card the manager Bella and Jackeline came to the register saying my payment didn’t go through. I showed them in my bank account app that they’ve taken the payment out. It was showing the charge and date of the charge, they gave me food and said for me to pay again that it was a ghost charge showing in my bank account. I did not want to pay for the food twice they called the district manager Erin Velez to have the district manager tell me that I needed to pay twice for my food. The manager Bella took the food from me in front of many customers and told me that if I wanted my meal I would have to pay again for my meal. They payment processed they took the money from my account and I never ate my meal. Bella and Jackeline humiliated me in front of many customer after I showed them the payment was taken from my bank account, they kept repeating themselves that I needed to pay twice for my meal and that I would get a refunded the next day for one of the payments. They lost a customer and they lost my son who was going to start working there over a meal that was proven they took the payment
Gross, never should have changed from whole mushrooms. Felt like eating grease from a trough
Normally love Zaxbys. Came by here on a Friday and they were quite simply rude in the drive thru. They were out of many things like tea and fruit punch. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes for wings. There was one car ahead of us. After a longer wait they finally brought us our food and nearly through it at us, without out even a sorry for your wait. Will not be going back. Also did not bring condiments or napkins. So sad to see.
Never completed my visit. Sat forever for my turn. Then was to to wait. Open mic. Heard a bunch of plating around. Pulled out of line. 15 min ill never see again lol
Drivethru for just a large fry. Came home to 6 pieces of toast lol. Called and spoke with manager Bella who said she would give me 25% off my fry order next time. I said I didn't ask for the toast I wanted the fries. She said bring the toast back and I might give you a fry started laughing and hung up. So funny I laughed as well. Unfortunately this is the service we get nowadays. They make a mistake and if we ask to make it right they laugh and hang up. This is what happens when disrespectful teenagers are managing places. So sad.
Well, it has been a long time since dining in at Zaxby's and this visit reinforced my going through the drive thru only. I try to really take into account the short staffing and not hold things against the workers but at the same time, businesses may want to move their disgruntled staff away from the front counter. This visit was a nightmare with the single greatest unhappy worker being the only one handling front counter orders. The drive thru staff seemed much nicer and made me regret coming inside. The food was typical Zaxby's and we got served quickly. Lobby tables and floors were dirty but I decided against asking the cashier for anything extra.
