While Mya at the front counter did a great job serving us, a fellow employee gave us our food before she was ready, leaving out napkins, salad dressing, and a fork. What is worse is after receiving our food my friend realized her salad which we said had to be gluten free had fried onions in it. We aren't sure if they even tried to pick them out or not but as she is allergic to gluten we have to hope that the cross contamination isn't too bad. Allergy should always be taken seriously especially in the kitchen.

Please tell your employees that they must use the cross walk when taking food to a car. A young man almost walked in front of my car when I didn't expect it today and it was clear that he blamed me. It could have ended poorly if I hadn't slammed on the brakes.
Steer clear the night shift at this location... it's like the Lord of the Flies...I contracted salmonella on 6/11 and will avoid this location altogether from here on out.
Well to start the wait wasn't bad, but I guess I came on the day they stopped serving the old Zaxby's club & I asked if I could get one made anyways, but was told NO. Obviously, I tried something else, sliders, but they were small compared to bread. I want the club back. The young lady at the window was nice, but I think she was new or to shy to ask them to make the other club...most of the time they don't mind throwing something together as long as they have what it takes.
Very tasty meals and good size servings for the prices . The server had a super fun attitude . Definitely be back again
They rip you off and give you less chicken than what you ordered. they lie to you and tell you they will make it right. When I come back to get the replacement they said I had to pay for it. They are rude and I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else.
Asked for cooked to order fries..not! Made sandwiches wrong..had to go right back to have it re done.
The hunger that I had as I approached the gates of your chicken kingdom, was as large as the scale of two Giants. I was weak,no longer able to continue battle until finding your luxurious palace of flavor at a fair price. As my vision was blurring, the gates opened. I could see someone's hand reach out as I was regaining focus. There he was on his stallion, his armor as blue as the clearest part of the ocean. It was Engraved "Malachi" From that moment forward, I knew I was in the safety of a fair and loving land. Then , he gave me my food.
We live in Florida. Visiting the Helen Georgia area. Very crowded. Not very many kid menu places here. Drove about 10 minutes away to Cleveland Georgia. Lots of choices for families and a quick bite. Zaxbys never disappoints. Service was great. Food was hot, fresh and tasted great. This was our second trip here this week. It sure beats the 2 hour waits in Helen.
