You Really have to wait 30 minutes to get your order and there’s no one on line , bad service, rude people
No one greeted me. I had to wait to order. Bathroom wasn’t clean and neither were the counters. Didn’t communicate well with me about not having any cheddar bites. Didn’t get my first order right either.Very poor communication with the staff.
I visited 5/08 in the early afternoon... The girls at the window were very pleasant, however, the food had obviously been sitting for a while and I reluctantly threw the meal away. This place is extremely inconsistent when it comes to me receiving fresh food.I won't be visiting again.
Brian bly I do not know why you have bad service here, it was amazing for me and my family while we stopped in for a bite, the food was amazing by the way. Out first time. We totally read reviews and when I read you're Review to my mother she desperately couldn't tell me fast enough to get in line. Jamira was extremely kind even though I was being a butt about my order. She made sure i got what I requested and i appreciate that. Food is pricey and sometimes there are issues with order accuracy, but I'm sure I'll return. Lol. ?
Chicken is always fresh, tasty, and reasonable priced. I go there 2 to 3 times a week. Tired of Popeyes, Chick-fil-A give this place a chance.
This is not the usual location that I go to because I was traveling. I was disappointed to find that not all Zaxbys have milkshakes. Patrons in this area are missing out.
Worse Zaxbys we've ever visited. Food was poorly cooked and service was terrible. We won't be back!
I keep giving this location a chance. I’ve seen arguments at this window, drinks thrown at cars (this was some time ago) but every time I come here the attitudes are just horrible. I’m sure we will see this store going out of business one day. I understand once in a while a bad day. But this is every time I try this place.
Only had 3 people working so took a while to get food. Each individual had to ask for condiments because wouldn’t give enough for everyone to 1 person.
