Tasty, but they took the mushrooms off the menu. Bummed.

My husband and me have been coming to this Zaxbys location (2175 E Silver Springs Blvd.) on Sundays for a long time for our dinner. This past Sunday night April 10, 2022 was the worst experience. We always get Cobb Salads with grilled chicken. Ordering inside at the counter we were told they have no grilled chicken, no eggs and no napkins. Well we were hungry so said okay with no egg, and ordered fried chicken on salads. We were eating our salads and realized there wasn't any chicken on them. We told them at counter. Lots of talking, chit-chat going on in back. Finally they said they would give us the difference back on the two types of salads- with chicken vs no chicken. My husband complained about lack of service and food items, like no buns for sandwiches. The girl said they had cut backs due to rising prices. Really ! No napkins is right cheap ! They even stopped giving seniors a free soda Sunday nights. We were not the only customers complaining. One lady returned her food and said it tasted bad and wanted a refund. A man that had ordered over the phone two hours prior did not get his food so he left in a hurry after they had no explanation. I think this location is in need of dire corporate help. We won't be back and that's a shame on them.
On Sunday (Apr 10 2022) the counter help was chatting up a storm. Said they had no grilled chicken or eggs for salads , no buns for sandwiches, no napkins. Said they have cut-backs and cannot help it. several more people complained about their food or never got their order. We didn't even get the fried chicken on our salads. Had to get paper towels from the restroom. I think they are going down hill business /customer wise.
I try the House salad for the first time and it was shockingly AMAZING. The restaurant is clean and the service is fast. I loved it!
