Great food and large portions with delicious flavor. We sat at a table and it was quick service with a great waiter who was very attentive.
Great show and amazing food.
Great customer service and great food.
This was our second time trying Yamato. We wanted to give it a fair shot, but we now know for sure we will not go back. Food had no flavor except the chicken. The ginger dressing was out of date tasting. Their yum yum looks like what you buy from Walmart except they thinned it with water to make it go farther. Waiter was pleasant and understanding.
We (wife, myself and two local friend's) dared to venture out on Father's Day Sunday, with the intent of consuming some well praised food. Arrived to a crowd, as expected, and given a 1 hour seating time. After 1.25 hrs we were invited to take our seats, with another family, at the grill. The wait staff was quick to get the basics knocked out. Drinks were all non alcoholic so no delays in the great tasting "Southern Sweet Tea." Food orders were very quick and it seemed 3 minutes and we received salad and soup. Both were very fresh and full of flavor. I love Ginger dressing with soy, on the salad and the soup was spicy yet light. Our chef for the meal was good with the standard jokes and showmanship, but he was drawing everyone's attention and smiles. The food was just excellent, plain and simple. I love heat so I poured on the wasabi and really enjoyed the hot Saki.We all departed with large DB's and enjoyed the leftovers for two additional days. Yummy! Doing it again before we leave town...
We had an amazing dinner. I got the shrimp and steak. The steak was tender, the shrimp were delicious. Of course the noodles, rice And vegetables were so yummy. Our chef was quite entertaining. A perfect place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary or just a night out for some great food
Awesome place. The service and food was excellent.
First visit. We opted for a booth vs sitting at a hibachi table. Prices for entrees are the same regardless of where you sit. Sushi is also available. The teppanyaki meals come with miso soup, sad, vegetables, fried rice and noodles. We shared the Nomi roll off the sushi menu and teppanyaki meals. All was very good. Our waitress,Jill was very friendly and accommodating.
Didn't want to wait the 1 hour for the hibachi dinner show, so we had regular table service and we're seated immediately! You still get hibachi food, but prepared in the kitchen. Food was great. We also ordered sushi. Sushi was average for the area. Our waiter was really good. It was my birthday dinner and mine was free. Only one brand of Japanese beer, but overall nothing to complain about. My wife wants to go for her birthday now.
We had a wonderful dinner at Yamato's! The chef was fun and did a great job of preparing our inner right before our eyes! As always, there was so much food, we had to take some home!if you want a tasty dinner, go to Yamato's!!!
