In the last 2 weeks we have stopped by Wendy's for the number one combo the maple bacon chicken with the seasoned fries and a sweet tea very well done the management employees they're so nice and so kindThank you for everything and the wonderful meal be safe peace to you and yours
Ordered a burger and fries. Burger was fine, but fries were already cooling off when I received them -- not cold, but not hot like they usually are at other locations.
Horrible service waited forever to order, 3 cars in the drive thru zero people inside what's the hold up never coming here ever, wasted 12 mintues of my life waiting to make an order just drove off. Slowest fast food place ever.
Drivethru was taking too long, went inside and once they noticed me up front they told me the lobby’s closed as if I should already know that. They served us anyways so I suppose that’s a positive
Went there July 4 got biggie bags double stack food was not good at all 4 hrs later me and husband both had a touch of food poisoning thank god we passed on the nuggets or I am sure we would of had full blown food poisoning!!! Place needs to be shut down or revamp management... will be calling corporate as well as health department!!!
I was unsure if this place was even open but it all makes sense now. Due to the size of my vehicle I can not fit in the drive thru. Went to the door only to find them locked at 630 pm. It's dinner hour folks. So since ya'll don't want to open the door I got to go to the next place. No wonder ya'll are dead. Figure it out and quickly before those doors are permanently closed even for the employees ?
Took a few minutes to get take the order in the drive thru. I understand that, everyone is short staffed. The food wasn't good at all. Fries was over cooked and the cheeseburger was not good.
Higher than normal marks for the effort of the people getting it done there behind the counter but I could taste a less tasty difference in quality in the food and the fries were mostly little crunchy peices...
Line at other places but here and I should have known better. The breakfast potatoes were excellent, the coffee hot but the sandwich was made incorrectly, even after the lady at the window repeated the order several times, and the biscuit tasted bland. The staff was very disorganized the entire process. McDonald's doesn't have to worry about Wendy's taking over breakfast if this is the standard.
My fiance and i just came through with 2 separate mobile orders we put through for the Dave's single deals and a little extra. When we got there, our orders actually didnt come through on their screens, but they took the time to verify we placed the order and for the proper location. Without being able to see the order in front of them, they still made all our food exactly as desired, including no onions on my sandwich. I understand how disorienting this situation can be as ive worked many years in fast food but they handled it very well.This was for the CA and BV mobile order around 5:30-5:45pm, on 4/9/22.
