Got the sausage, egg, and hashbrowns bowl with gravy ( the same thing I get anytime I go) and this was one of the best ones I have had I would definitely put it in the top 5 ever from any waffle house anywhere. Will definitely be back to get it again.
Can't say how the food was. So packed people were standing outside to get in. I waited five minutes, watched someone take a place at the counter I was next for, and left. Perhaps a number system like the DMV uses (sarcasm)?
Service was bad.. Food was not good and now you can do take out only
On june 7, 2022 store 2391 had a sign up from 8:45pm to 6 am take out only. There are 3 people in and could serve customers. As much as we come to this location, we will not be returning. The girls were rude and sassy. The wound not give an explanation of why it was take out only.
I just called up there to complain about my to-go order and the staff is very rude. Instead of listening to me, she argued with me. Whoever served our grits, scrapped the bottom of the pan. So gross, not edible. She woman on the phone said “so what do you want? You want fresh fresh grits?” Horrible customer service, Waffle House! No one’s asking for five stars but being friendly, would be nice.
Food was really good. Service was horrible. The manager stop at our table as she was leaving and gave us more drinks and the condiments we needed. Waitress never smiled or came back to refill drink or see if everything was ok or see if we needed anything. After manager left and there was no food to be made the back door was opened and then the whole restaurant smelled like Marijuana. The only reason it’s 3 stars is because the food was good and the manager did what she could before her shift ended.
For once we really enjoyed ourselves food wasn’t very hot but ok they really need to have a bigger restaurant just to small for big groups other then that well done guys
Everyone is friendly. As it is with most places, they were short-handed. I sat in a booth because I didn't want to sit elbow to elbow with strangers. I didn't realize until after I began eating that booths were reserved. My eggs were not cooked as requested. They very kindly cooked another order even though I said I would eat them. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Nasty Cooks that absolutely do nothing waitress rude ugly blue hair half of the time they're outside in the parking lot smoking wonder what? Breakfast place no coffee nobody to take your order after sitting there for at least 10 minutes just turn your back on them that's how they treat you when you're spending that kind of money for sorry breakfast you don't want that kind of special service very very poor
Dang good! Woke up with a craving for Waffle House and this one was a great choice. Great food. Clean environment. And really good service.
