Tokyo roll and lobster roll. They are huge. Definitely one is enough. They are high quality and very tasty. Will be coming back.
We had a great meal, with only one hiccup. My wife’s salmon was over cooked and chewy. We told our waitress about the issue, after she first returned to ask us how the meal was going. She apologized and said she hoped everything else was great. We continued our meal and got our check. To my surprise, there was no remedy to reflect the issue with the salmon. I asked the waitress/manager and she said, “I’m sorry, that’s just how we cook it and nothing could be changed on the bill.” I said I wanted to speak to the owner and she said she wouldn’t change it, as it was their policy. I told her that was deplorable customer service and it isn’t about how the owner likes her food, but the guests that come In. She agreed with me, but said there was nothing that could be done. Dumbfounded.
The staff was very friendly and 5 people thanked us for coming. Most places you are lucky just your server appreciates your patronage. Everything in the picture was amazing. Thank you Desiree for the excellent service and positive attitude!!
Worst sushi I’ve ever had. The roll was oversized and mainly tempura batter. The waitress assumed I was “new to sushi” so she decided to take the roe off of the roll I ordered without asking me. Publix serves better. Gyoza came out cold. My friend ordered a roll and took one bite, she didn’t like it and they refused to refund her or offer anything else. Tap water in a dirty glass. Confused as to why this place anything over one star…….
Wow! Our waitress, Ruby, was amazing and the food here was excellent. Our party of 8 started with a spicy tuna roll and dynamite roll for the table. Both rolls were fresh and delicious. The steak hibachi, steak and chicken hibachi, filet and scallops hibachi, and fried rice were truly outstanding. The rice had so much flavor, all of the steaks were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were wonderful. The salad that came before the meal was crisp and fresh, and the clear soup was the perfect covens of broth, and onions. We never expected this restaurant to exceed our expectations the way it did. The surprise birthday dessert, tempura ice cream, was the perfect ending to the perfect meal. They do it right! If you want fresh sushi, and hibachi that will leave you feeling completely satisfied and wow’d, look no further. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get Ruby! She’s fantastic!!
I'm a transplant from Reno, NV. There's all-you-can-eat sushi places everywhere there, so I was dubious about "normal" places. But Tokyo Sushi blew all my expectations out of the water! The size of the rolls alone were a surprise, I'm used to rolls being maybe half the size. And the taste! The flavors were so good I didn't even need soy sauce; I *always* use soy sauce lol. I'm not fond of raw fish, and there were plenty of cooked/deep fried options for me. I rolled out of there fat and happy haha. Their chicken udon soup was my main course, and that would have been a satisfying meal all by itself. Definitely coming here again!
This little location is very unassuming on the outside BUT it was amazing!!! We were in because of a concert on Saturday evening. It was last minute and it was 20 of us at 10:15pm.Let's start with the Gem of the place Ruby. She took care of all us by herself. All orders were correct. I would go back if the food was a 2, just to experience her pleasant disposition.Food was fantastic!!! Sushi was super freshThey were polite even though we stood later than closing.Whoever owns this place, should be very proud of their folks!!
We went for our second trip this weekend, because our first experience was awesome. Let me first say the server, Ruby, is awesome. Tonight our experience was not good. I ordered the Lobster Roll,.and it came out smelling rancid. By process of elimination we figured out it was the Krab in the roll. I couldn't eat it as it turned my stomach. She explained they would not refund me nor exchange. The roll was $19, so I said no problem and gave the roll to friends who decided to take a risk and eat it. On the way home, my friends both got sick and had to go home early. We won't be going back to Tokyo.
The food was so good. 5 star rating isn't high enough...10 ⭐ food for sure. The staff is great. Awesome food, Awesome service. I will definitely be going back regularly ?
Dragon roll and Sakura roll.I recommend filet mignon. Sake. And the avocado roll. Also, the coke is the best! Nice server. If you don't like something, they won't replace or refund.
