This review is not specific to this location, but to the entire corporation. This just happens to be the location I ate at. The service and food quality are what you would expect. Nothing great, but good for "FAST FOOD". The price however is completely outside of the foods quality. Four people ordering chips and caso for the table and basic meals (2 steak burrito meals and 2 chicken flauta meals). $75 for the bill. If this was a sit down place, with sit down quality service and food I'll pay it, but this is fast food. I go to the counter, I order, and if I need a refill I go back up.Tijuana Flats has lost a customer.
Wanted to eat here on Saturday and they were out of flour tortillas (clearly started when we tried to order). We tried again the next day, and today there is no shortage of tortillas me toned so we ordered. We made the order online and went to pick it up- 25 minutes after ordering, while standing in the store waiting to pick my order up and they call me to tell me that they are out of shrimp and flour tortillas. They had 25 minutes from the time we placed the order until we were at the store, so then I had to let the rest of my order get cold while they made something else. Seriously disappointing experience and I won't be spending money here again.
Always a great experience at Tijuana Flats! Had the Baja Fish bowl. Loved it. Could use more fish, but it’s still delicious.
So atmosphere was awesome. Chips and salsa, so many hot sauces. The food was subpar though. The chicken tasted like canned shredded.
There was a guy that worked here a couple weeks ago that really took care of this place. Very funny and always willing to help. The new management always he doesn't care about this restaurant. The tables don't get clean, they won't modify orders, orders come out wrong, there is no smiles from the help. They just want to get you through the order and disappear in the back. There is zero energy. Very sad.
Have you been in the market for something SLIGHTLY better than Moe’s BUUUUUUUT not quite as good as Chipotle?! Please allow me to introduce you to TIJUANA FLATS! Prepare to be slightly impressed or mildly disappointed depending on whichever you’re more used to. I, on the other hand, find it to be just right.
The past few times we came to this location we haven't had much luck. I don't think we will be back. It's really not worth what they are charging. Service was good this time but the food was almost tripled what you would pay at taco bell but the quality wasn't much better.
Delicious food! Service was friendly. Gave it only 4 stars because they advertise margaritas but they’re wine based. They don’t have a full bar, just beers and such. You order at the register and they bring the food to you, no wait staff though. The sauce bar was GREAT! Will definitely order to go from here soon!

This place was horrible. They charged me $13 for a burrito and queso. The queso was ice cold and the burrito was all lettuce and no meat. It was also 15 minutes later than the pickup time on the order. Taco bell has better burritos and service, what a waste of money
